DO NOT USE VIP REAL ESTATE. I hired Jeremy and Janelle to manage an extremely desirable Rino apartment rental. Jeremy took weeks to update any apartment listing websites, and after recommending a price reduction he took another 2 weeks to update the listings. This resulted in me losing thousands of dollars since renters did not know about my property. It seemed like he was deliberately wasting time to make more money. When they finally posted the listings I was HORRIFIED to see my current tenant’s messy living situation depicted in the photos, not to mention the fact that the photos were taken on a low resolution phone with no thought or effort whatsoever. When I stopped by for an impromptu visit during an open house, I walked in to see Janelle on her phone with clearly no desire to greet me. All of the blinds were drawn and there was dirt covering the floor. I was shocked that this is the kind of service any rental property management company would offer, as I myself would not want to live in the unit that they advertised terribly. Had the worst experience with VIP real estate. Just like a bad car salesman they’ll just about talk you into any property they can with out any signs of warning or caution of how much of an unpleasant time living here under this company. I’ve had maintenance requests open since the year of 2021 that I moved in. It’s been a nightmare since day one and jermey is the most unorganized, unprofessional, unreliable, untrustworthy so call landlord. Please be cautious using this company..

Jeremy recently made time in his very cramped day to accommodate a meeting with a friend to do some property management work for his property, which I sat in on. Jeremy was so knowledgeable about the entire process and was able to answer all of our questions with confidence and put any hesitations to rest. Both me and my friend left the meeting feeling confident that VIP was the best option and we’re excited to get the process started!

I’ve worked closely with several of the staff members now to include Brian, Jeremy, Mark, all of their support staff and different realtors around the office. The amount of knowledge everyone has is second to none and all of VIP’s employees have demonstrated they are willing to go out of their way to accommodate their clients and help their fellow co-workers in any way they can. Anyone would be lucky to work with any of these incredible people
