VIP Salon and Spa

Went for a pedicure, it was fine. They are open Sundays and do paraffin wax, which many other salons are not/do not. Went back for a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was fine again. Someone different did the manicure and it was ROUGH. Very slow. They wrapped my nails to take the gel off and it was on there for the entire pedicure—way too long, imo. Still, the tech had such a hard time taking my gel off and a lot of it remained by the time he went to put the new gel on. Not a good experience when I shared that you could still see the old polish through the new polish. Overall, awful. I couldn’t wait to get out of there and will not return.

This is the only place I will go and trust. I only see Alan he is the best. They are all great. However, Alan knows what I like, and I dont have to tell him. I love that about here. Helen is excellent, too. My daughter always sees Helen for her nails. Alan does fantastic work and knows exactly how I like my nails. He even knows what color to pick. He always makes me feel important when I come in. I've been coming here for over 5 years and would never change a thing.

I have used this business for a long time but I haven’t been there in three years. So when I looked them up on the web to see if they were still there their website link goes to a scam website that tries to get you to download something. I think they should fix this as soon as possible. If they have a real website the link should be there not some scam website! Was there today and see their website is fixed, but I wish they had an email address because I have a question! I marked a tip on my slip but they only charged me for the service. They did not get their tip? I WISH THEY HAD EMAIL ON THEIR WEBSITE!

My Go To! I adore Alan and Helen! I now bring my 11 year old daughter for her nails! Only place I go! Small, local and fair pricing as well ! Thank you !

Won't go to anyone else now after finding Alan & Helen their work us Incredible and my nails actually last with no problems or lifting.

Not awful, not the best tho..couple spots missed on the tops but very pretty colors and nice workers

Came here discouraged with my last salon, Helen listened to all my concerns and melted off my last set that was only 2wks old but lifting horribly, she checked with me every step of the way to make sure I was happy as we went along. She pays attention to detail and takes pride in her work! It's now been 3 weeks since I've seen her and not a single nail is lifting or broken! I'll definitely be back asap!! Thank you Helen!!
