These guys just moved me from SoCal to Phoenix and they did a great job every step of the way. Excellent communication all the way through. The moving crew led by Frank, were all courteous, respectful, quick and efficient with the pick up and delivery. They also have several online tools to assist with getting everything pulled together and ready for the pick up. I'll be using them again if needed in the future.
VIP TRANSPORT is a terrific company, to store your items and also, to have them move you as well. I most highly recommend this company for all of your moving needs. Very satisfied with this company.
Was given a recommendation from a another moving company to compare pricing. The gentleman was great friendly had great conversation. When it came time to give me the price. It was a a couple thousand more than the 2 other companies. As soon as I was trying to negotiate a lower price .It was if I was wasting his time and hurried out the front door.He said he would email me the info. He NEVER did
I was looking forward to a positive experience w VIP transport as they were shared to me as a good option to consider. Called their 800 number at least twice, was told to contact, either a Christine or Kimberly, I asked for either when I called, was told told they were both busy, by a very nice lady and if I'd like to leave a voicemail. I left a vmail w my contact info and no one got back to me on my first call. Tried calling again, same thing and no call back, again. Yesterday 11/23/20 was glad to see a note/reply back on this thread from them, they recommended I call them again at their 800 number. Unfortunately after my experience calling multiple times not sure I want to do so. But because someone took the time to reply I decided to elaborate on my poor experience with VIP transport.
Good people if your a driver.Not a bad place to hang out. The warehouse guys are very helpful. Make sure you show how you appreciate their help..
Very pleased with the move as a whole. Everyone from the surveyor, to the move rep, to the driver were very friendly and helpful. All deadlines were met, and we did not have any damages or issues with anything. I highly recommend giving VIP a call if you want a good reliable move.
VIP Transport was amazing to work with! They handled my local move flawlessly! Their office staff was friendly and knowledgeable and their moving crew was professional and courteous. Moving is such a stressful time and VIP made the experience smooth and stress-free. Thank you VIP!
