Do yourself a favor and remain away from this store. The staff is rude and careless. I called several times to inquire about a warranty and they kept placing me on hold over and over.

horrible experience rude as hell!! Lost my business for forever an my 8 other stores. Could not even answer a simple question kept putting me on hold. How do you expect to make money when you want even talk to a customer??? I hope the owner fires whoever answers the phones cause if my website received an email like this from an owner of 9 car audio stores in MS I would definitely fix the problem.
