Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse

Super friendly staff, great place to start the day and plenty of room… You scan a QR code and order through your phone with table service. The food is delicious and exactly what I needed to start the day before a long international flight.

We had a terrific send off here, delicious food and great service from the charming Charmayne. Spacious and comfortable lounge, lots of unique areas to relax. The people who post about having to pay for food are not traveling on Virgin Upper Class, they’re using Priority Pass, Plaza Premium or something similar and that’s only early in the day.

One of, if not the best lounge I’ve been to. Spacious, lots of different seating options, really nice views…I was there mid morning and it wasn’t crowded. I relaxed into a lounge chair—the kind I always wish lounges had but almost never do! I much prefer the QR code order system for freshly prepared food, I had a delicious breakfast and espresso drink, all made quickly and with super kind servers. I didn’t get a chance to check out the other amenities but hope to soon! I would absolutely recommend this lounge and come back in a heartbeat. Oh and I used Priority Pass for entry! I tried to go into the Primeclass lounge across from this one and left immediately, thank goodness I found this much better alternative!

A tasty and quiet experience. No great variety of food, but the options are nice and the quality is very good. Tea is good, and staff was friendly. Coffee was as bad as in any lounge I've visited, so I'll avoid letting that affect the rating.

Fantastic experience. Staff were phenomenal. So helpful and friendly. The views of the airport were spectacular especially as we were there at sunset. Loads of different seating areas with very comfy chairs. The only downside in my opinion is that food and drink has to be ordered via app or via a member of staff. Most lounges have a running buffet for food so you can graze. Having to order more formally wasn't really my thing. Saying that, the whole experience was very pleasant and removed you from the chaos of the airport. Food was nice but nothing special.

Great lounge! There is a full menu to order from for breakfast and service was prompt and efficient. Right after sitting, we were greeted with water and someone took our order. Staff is very helpful. Decor is beautiful with lots of comfortable seating options sofas, reclining chairs, etc. If you’re looking for a place to relax before your next flight in JFK, this is the place!

Very good lounge from an aesthetic and seating perspective. However, when I visited during breakfast time before an AM flight, the complimentary food options were truly embarrassing.

No entando, não há refeição, apenas iogurte, croissant, e bolo tudo com muitooo açúcar e gorduratambém tem café e água. Se procura um lugar tranquilo pra trabalhar ou descansar venha, agora se for pela comida tem outras opções melhores

Nice lounge in Terminal 4 of JFK airport with a distinctive decoration. Very spacious with lounge chairs, tables. There is shower rooms for guests. There is also a pool table, a beverage bar to serve alcoholic drinks. Guests will order foods and drinks by an app. Up to now, it is the best lounge visited so far in JFK airport.

Agree that the ambience is really good , but look at the food for priority pass access !! It's third grade to say the least ! They have all ' paid ' food options ! There are other lounges on JFK which offer you a complete buffet for 3 hours and look at this clubhouse offering you bare minimum
