I told her that I was about to order from another hair company True Glory but the prices were extremely high. Instead she told me about their free shipping I ordered it and it came the same day! How great was that but not only that I received a few extra treats in my bag as well. I just had my hair installed and it is just so nice and soft and I can tell it will last long. Ladies if you want very nice soft hair at affordable prices come here! It is well worth it!

I haven't worn bundles in years but wanted to get a feel for a style for my wedding. I also wanted some good quality hair that could be used again. I searched Google for virgin hair stores near me, called and the few minutes I had questions the person was so welcoming and pleasant. Customer service is BIG for me. Got there was greeted and it was only up from there. After hearing what I wanted the hair for she suggested some other hair which I LOVE!!! Gave me all kind of advice. I didn't feel like it was only for a sale it felt like she wanted me to be satisfied with my purchase. Can't wait to install and will def be going back :

I purchased the Brazilian Curly hair a few weeks ago and I am still loving it! The ladies there provided great customer service and they even told me about a special for 3 bundles and a frontal for a great price. I’m super picky about hair as I’ve used some premium quality and really expensive hair in the past. So I was nervous about this purchase. But it turned out great! It’s super soft, maintains the curl pattern, minimum shedding. I get constant compliments on this install as well. So they get a thumbs up from me!!!

Loving this hair. You gotta go in the store to really see how pretty it is. This hair is still so soft and bouncy even after I dyed it. Blonde hair usually gives me issues but it hasn't tangled and I really don't have any shedding. It's been two months and I'm still getting compliments. The customer service was really good too.

I purchased the Peruvian curly 20 Inch from virgin hair depot ! It was amazing . I bleached it and everything and the curls were still in perfect shape. I love the fact that I didn't have to do much to get my curls to be soft and shiny. I will definitely be a regular customer there because not only was there hair THE BOMB . But the customer service was even better . The owner was very nice and she educated me and helped me make my decision on what hair to get . Next sew in I will be back and I will be trying the Indian hair !

I stepped in here today to look at their hair selections. I haven’t had a sew-in in about 5 years. It didn’t take long for me to determine the hair appeared to be of a really good quality. The person running the place was informative and helpful. I will do another review once the hair is installed and I’ve given it enough time to assess the quality.

I only gave them one star because you have to leave some kind of rating in order to comment. But the quality of their hair sucks! I had to purchase hair from them because my original vendor was all out of hair! And the day of my hair appt I needed hair for my install! I normally wear high quality RAW Indian hair so I’m accustomed to what good quality hair looks like. And their hair is far from it, I only purchased because I was assured that the quality was good and because I normally wear Indian, that the Malaysian pattern was different! I am not pleased with my hair! And they get over on you with the All Sales Are Final & No refund policy! Should’ve known not to shop with a company that will deny you a refund if you’re not pleased with their product!

I recently purchased a frontal and it was the best most natural looking HD I’ve ever had. And a wig I’ll attach pictures below ! Amazing I’m so impressed also Akira customer service is unmatched super professional nice and really cares ! I’ll be back. The wig you would need to add extra bundles for fullness but the quality was bomb see more on my ig at covergirl_coco

I bought hair from virgin hair depot on 2 occasions & every time I've never been failed. Just washed my bundles of Brazilian Curly. You would've thought the hair was a fresh bought bundle. Curls right back tight & so soft. Defiantly would refer anyone looking or good quality hair that will last! The ladies are so approachable and answer all of your annoying questions with no attitude. Defiantly the best hair I've had.
