My child is in the parks and rec after school program. I forgot to pay and they did not call to notify me - but instead, told my child that she could not play with others, and made my child sit in the office until I came to come get her. My daughter has had NUMEROUS issues with the staff, but the treatment today takes the cake! This could have been rectified with a simple payment! While it is a cheaper rate than most after school programs, they does not mean the quality should be cheapened too. Then when I went to go and pay for the program, they added on 30 extra dollars to the regular price. Not impressed at all!!

My son is in their summer camp at the Windsor woods location, but at the end of this week he won't be going back nor will he return if that is the location again next year unless they get rid of the staff. They have called my wife so many times over stupid things for example a couple days ago they called her and said you didn't bring your son's lunch. Which she knew she did but she left work drove home looking for his book bag didn't find it, so went there and guess what it was sitting there with the rest. When she said something to the teacher she said well he said you didn't so we didn't look even though before leaving work she asked them if they looked and they said yes and it's not here. Then today she picks him up and they're like oh your son fell today and got a scratch but we didn't have a bandaid. My wife looks and patch of skin, approximately hAlf a inch by three quarters .
