Excellent service for the replacement of a spare part of a Miele motor brush head. They accidentally undercharged me for the spare part but did not ask for more money. Decent people, great service!
If someone went home with a red Dyson stick vacuum between 1/26 and 1/30...you have my vacuum. When I went to pick it up on 1/30, the owner tried to give me a motor that looked like mine and had my ticket attached, but had purple Dyson10 Animal attachments. I told him my vacuum stick was red and my roller didn't have a yellow sticker or height adjustment. He argued with me and showed me that he only had vacuums with blue, pink, and purple sticks and my name was on the unit with the purple stick so it had to be mine. He wouldn't admit he made a mistake and told me to prove that the purple one wasn't mine. I brought in a photo of myself vacuuming with my red stick vacuum from 2020 the following day. Extremely dissatisfied with how I was treated, the carelessness of returning my property, and the quality of the work.
Mr Singh was so knowledgeable and patient. He simplified the decision making on a vacuum purchase. Customer service was superb and the price was good. I am now a loyal customer ofVirginia Vacuums!
Truly excellent and friendly customer service. My vacuum was fixed right away as promised. I can’t recommend this shop enough.
Wow - I am so impressed by their stock! I was looking for specific hoover vacuum, I didn't want to order online - I called this store, and they had one in stock. The owner, Mr. Singh, was very helpful, and answered all my questions. Very professional. Definitely coming back, and I hope this review will help others come into their store and support them. We need support local business.
The store owner is a knowledgeable and helpful expert who diagnosed my vacuum's problem immediately and correctly, and who fixed it promptly and at a reasonable cost. I wish every repair shop had the quality and customer service capacity that this shop has!
I had a wonderful experience at Virginia Vacuums with a vacuum repair. Before I found the place, I took my vacuum to another shop, Vacuums Unlimited in Arlington. The problem with the vacuum was that the beater bar was not spinning. After Vacuums Unlimited tested my vacuum, they told me that the vacuum needed the motor replaced and that it would cost almost as much as buying a new one so it was not worth fixing it. Then they attempted to sell me a vacuum from their store. I decided to get a second opinion. Thankfully, I found Virginia Vacuums. Sing, the gentleman who assisted me, fixed the vacuum overnight. He told me that the belt was off and that some hair was stuck in it. He cleaned the vacuum and only charged me a cleaning fee. Great price, very fast and friendly service! I definitely recommend this shop.
Charged $79.99 for vacuum repair. The vacuum looked cleaner upon pickup however when I got home to try it the vacuum’s performance was the same as when I dropped it off with poor suction. Not worth the service price.
I always get kind, friendly, efficient service here. They.are also affordable and have a wide assortment of replacement bags They have repaired cords on two of my longtime vacuum cleaners. I will return here when it is time to buy a new vacuum.
I had a great experience here! I brought my one year old dyson in because the suction on the hose was not working properly. I was concerned that it was going to cost me a lot for repair. The owner assured me that it most likely just needed a cleaning and he was right! Works great now and the turnaround time was so quick. Thanks again!
