Vision Essentials by Kaiser Permanente

I went to Kaiser’s ever since I was 16. My doctor was a Paediatrician named, David Paperny, MD. I no longer go to Kaisers but if I could I would.

Went to Vision Essentials at the Honolulu Clinic. Had to repair a set of glasses is all. Adreanna was very helpful in providing info on plan coverage and did a great job on fixing my glasses. Kudos to her and the staff. I’ve never had anything but great service and attitude there.

My wife's glasses were stepped on and Marc in Vision fixed it up straight away. Thank you Kaiser! My wife is grateful.

I have been having episodes of AFib and have ended up in the ER several times. They always give me a referral for cardiology but I have not received a call from them. I have even called the cardiology dept and they just took a message and didn't call me back.

Customer service at the check in counter is just so poor. They need to learn how to talk to customers/patients. We just went in because my boyfriend needs to see a doctor, we didn't have time to call, and the lady by the name of Rana was so rude. Her tone of voice was NOT very pleasant. Kaiser needs to hire some good people.
