This place used to be great. Open 7 days a week. Now nobody ever picks up the phone when I call and it’s always closed when I try to drop by.
The receptionist is unfriendly. Am only trying to get an appointment with the optometrist Kelly Nguyen. The contacts she gave me last time was perfect.
Does anyone know if this place is still in business? Lol
I cannot get appointment because the lady on the phone said they are only open Tuesday and Saturday. Just 2 days a week! This is ridiculous!!!!! That does not work for a lot of people, including me and my family because we have work too. Unbelievably frustrating

Ridiculous business. Am only given 2 days out of the week to choose for an appointment! And according to the person in the phone, it’s apparently “totally booked” for weeks! I’ve never heard of any business much less an optometry open 2 days a week. Not waiting, me and my husband going elsewhere!
Nobody answers the phone after trying to call multiple times on multiple days. Tried coming by Thursday, Friday, and today Saturday and they are never open. Extremely frustrating!
It’s Friday, why are they not open???! They were not open yesterday either. Now we have to find another optometry with openings. Terrible business
