I had been thinking now for a while to get progressive lenses, so called Vision palace as they are in my neighborhood. The girl who assisted me on the phone was helpful and made me feel confident that I was in good hands. She scheduled my eye exams with Dr Sheyko. I am not sure if there are any other eye doctors in the office, but I highly recommend Dr Sheyko. She was very knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions and the entire process was seamless. After the eye exam, Zhenya helped me in choosing the best fitting frames and took the measurements for the progressive lenses. They have huge selection of frames for every budget. The entire staff was great and will be coming back here again.

Really cute optical shop with a nicely edited selection of designer frames. I ended up with a pair of Dita & Prada prescription glasses, one of which insurance covered: The staff was friendly & helpful, but unlike most optical places they were not pushy & aggressive. They were a little busy when I went, but my appointment was on time as scheduled. The girl who did the pre-test made sure everything was disinfected & was very efficient. Also the optometrist was FINALLY able to get my Rx perfect as the last place I had gone had my astigmatism number all wrong! My new go to place for glasses

My go to optical. Been to different opticals before such as Kingshighway optical which is also within south Brooklyn, but never got such exceptional service. The staff, owners and doctors are all knowledgeable and professional. I came in for a check up, I was greeted with warmth. The doctor checked my eyes and gave me advice on which size of lenses I should really wear as I was having difficulty focusing in larger lenses. The sales representative: Yulia, was helpful and had a nice sense of fashion in different glasses for my particular face shape. She spent over half an hour on me I have a particular taste in frames. Nevertheless, she was patient and understanding. The price was beyond reasonable. I will definitely be coming back for more purchases. I was happy to see that they have a wide selection of frames ranging from YSL, Gucci, Versace, Tiffany to more practical brands which can be covered by insurance. Excellent choice of European style frames, quite rare even among small retailers, with new models and styles arriving almost daily. Personalized service one of the staff members, Julia, was so pleasant and patient choosing the right frame for me. Good to know that my Eyemed insurance is accepted, the order was double-checked for accuracy, and the vendor is willing to work on the terms of the payment. Frames and lenses were made as promised, great quality of service and craftmanship. Thank you!
