I can’t say enough about my experience at the Visionworks on Sharon Amity in Charlotte North Carolina today. Scott was able to diagnose a recurring problem I’ve had with my lenses. Even though the warranty was out he is having new lenses made for me at no charge . That’s a five star performance. Ted the store manager is always looking to help and goes the extra mile.Thanks. Chris was super friendly and helpful. I order!ed contacts with him and had a very pleasant conversation. He made things super easy and fun. Would recommend to others!
Representatives were unaware of their own rebate policy. Also, my contacts were delivered to the store 2 weeks ago and nobody informed me. Had to conduct my own research to determine the status of my order. Lastly, they don't answer the phone. Overall, not the best experience. Revision: The store manager Melissa called me and advised that the rebate policies should be common knowledge and shared by the employees. Also, there was a malfunction in their order notification system that did not update me after my contacts were delivered. Increasing the stars to 4 because if these two issues are resolved, the overall experience would be great.
I had the greatest visit at Visionworks and my customer provider was Christopher. He was so friendly and knowledgeable and got me the best price for the glasses I wanted. It was such a good priceI have no insurance that I was able to get the thinnest lenses and non glare too !!! If you need glasses...try the Randolph Road Visionworks....
The frame of my 2018 prescription glasses broke, but I didn't have time for a new eye exam. I went to Visionworks hoping to get new lenses in the same prescription made for another frame I have. Since my existing lenses were still in good shape, Roy suggested reusing them in a new frame. He quickly found a perfect fit, and I was on my way in less than 10 minutes. Even after I get an eye exam and a new prescription, this will be a much better spare pair than the one I have now. Many thanks to Roy and his colleague Melissa for their fast and friendly service!
This business takes good care of their customers. Very clean, organized and sanitary. These guys were great about helping me pick out new frames for my new prescription from Dr. Gaskins. They look and feel great & the prescription has a natural feel for my eye to adjust. And the contact lens are working out great as well. I feel so much more confident having good vision now. Thank you all for everything!
In a nutshell….my husband received his lenses in the wrong frame for the second time . We brought two frames, no one really knew where the second pair was…they eventually showed up. Allll we wanted were the two pair of glasses. The inept manager immediately gave us a “refund “ on 10/22…now , make note…this was her idea. I have the “refund “ receipt….well..it’s 12/16…no refund…I continue to get the run around, and was told yesterday…it’s my banks fault….Wells Fargo has neverrrr screwed up anyyyy of our accounts in 22 years. I’ve also know how retail refunds work. Out of principle, I will follow this through. My next step is to contact the WSOC TV consumer troubleshooter . Horrible service…I really feel played….
Ordered glasses 9/20 scheduled to pick up 10/4, received a voicemail 10/3 the glasses had to be returned to the lab due to damage. Telephone them 10/8 to follow up on my order and spoke with a rude female that talked over me, stating the glasses were returned 10/8. I had to remind her today is 10/8, meaning the glasses haven't been shipped back to the lab. I questioned her about the arrive she stated 10/14. I made it clear to her I needed them for an event, it wasn't my fault but I needed them, after talking over me she stated well you can get a refund. I purchase glasses and shades there annually for the last five years, but no more.
Cotswold Vision Works has an employee name Chris who is EXCEPTIONAL at what he does! The customer service I received from him was beyond phenomenal. If you are looking to have an expert opinion and a perfect eyeglass consultation, please visit this location. Footnote: Chris also knows how to fix glasses.
Great visit today to have my frames adjusted on two pairs. Teresa New Manager was very accommodating and shortened the legs on one pair that was missed in the past by others which helped in appearance and helped with fitting in a glass case.
