Sorry I forgot her name; however the young lady who assisted me was so humble and pleasant. Despite the circumstances of Hurricane Beryl and displacement of the residents and the impact on the city her spirits did not reflect her situation of being without electricity and water necessary municipalities. I hope this message is shared with her general and immediate manager she needs to commended socially and financially. It's many young adults these days that don't take advantage of their employment opportunities to soar and succeed. This young lady displayed her gratitude in the service she rendered to me. Thank you on your decision of candidacy. This was at The Pearland location not Gulfgate.
Purchased glasses that another optometrist had prescribed. My vision was still impaired. Went to a different optometrist got a different prescription and went back to Visionworks. The employee was awesome. Showed me how the prescription was differed, ordered the new glasses prescription for the frames used in the prior prescription. I will always trust and use Visionworks as my eyewear provider.
I tried to go in at 6:25P to ask a question but the doors were locked. What’s the point of having a sign that says you close at 6:30 but lock the doors before then?
Great place to get your glasses, they have a variety of name brand names to choose from and the staff are so sweet and very helpful! They make you feel like it was a personal experience just catering to you!!
This was my first time ever purchasing a prescription glasses so I was super nervous because I didn’t know what to expect. Giselle did an excellent job in making this process easier for me. I was able to make one of these pairs of glasses into sunglasses which is also going to have my prescription. Do yourself a favor this new year 2021 & SEE Giselle, you won’t regret it - I went in to purchase a pair and came out with a bogo deal -free pair - I can’t wait to get my glasses in two weeks.
Gissel was very patient in allowing me to explore the many frame options. Genuine interest in my benefit and showing me the options and what my insurance will cover. What I believe all customer service should be like!
Dr.Tate and the staff were all wonderful. The doctor took the time out to explain some eye issues that was having. And Norma inside the store has excellent customer skills. My daughter and I had came in week prior and set up my eye exam for the following weekend . Reviewed all of my insurance info to let me know what my out of pocket would be, she even wrote down the frames we selected, so when wouldn't have to search when we returned. Dr.Tate and Narma are the reason I will recommend Visionworks-Gulfgate location to my friends and family
Customer service was excellent from Irene she was very helpful. She took the time to tell me all the different types of frames and actually help me pick out a frame that fits me especially when I know I’m very indecisive. She was wonderful she didn't make me feel like I was Taking so long. She even took the time to break down the cost and what fames will work better for my prescription Type. I absolutely loved it. She will be seeing me again.
Evelyn helped us during our initial visit to get my daughter glasses she was so patient & helpful. Today I picked up my daughters glasses and was helped by Irene she was so helpful even making sure my daughters glasses fit to where they won't fall off when she's jumping around. She even put me at ease with a concern. THANK YOU LADIES SO MUCH I WISH I COULD GIVE 10 STARS!
The staff at this Visionworks location is amazing Gissel and the manager Sandra and the others have always been so helpful and professional. I see them treat everyone who walks in the same. My husband has been there a few times for adjusting his glasses and other small things and he always says that the whole store is always very nice. Thanks for having a great staff. I don’t usually take this much time for surveys, but I felt I had to. Thanks Again
