Visiting Angels

I am extremely grateful for the wonderful care provided! Visiting Angels was there for us when we needed help the most and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is unsure how to assist their loved ones during trying times.

Worked with VA this past year to take care of my mother. She can be quite difficult and the pandemic didn’t make it any easier to navigate - but true to their name, the angel caregivers showed up, were kind, considerate, and were able to make my mother feel a sense of ease. I’m forever thankful to the caregivers and the staff for everything they did. I recommend them to anyone in need of home care.

Visiting Angels was my only saving grace during a very trying time in my and my parents life. They were extremely professional and punctual. I would recommend visiting angels to anyone who is unsure of where to turn for quality caregivers.

Run, Don’t walk away from this Visiting Angels location. The franchise owner, Gina, is hands down THE WORST “professional” I have ever had the misfortune to meet. In our experience with her, she was rude, incompetent, unresponsive and lazy. She refuses to provide timely invoices or to respond to written communication. Whenever you talk to her, her response to her incompetence is “...to keep costs low.” Most of the aides were good but she is so horrible, its just not worth it. We have hired another company for an additional $7.00 an hour without hesitation just to end out nightmare with Gina, HORRIBLE CIMPANY!

This company was a nightmare to experience. The person that was sent to care for my mother did nothing at all but watch tv and talk on the cell phone all day, and this person was taking things from my mother, even food that was purchased, this person would take it home. When I contacted the owner and told her everything, she really didn't care and she wanted to send the same person back to my mothers. There is no professionalism with this company at all. Everything that was said on the initial visit was hot air, this company did not do one thing that they said they do. They give you a fancy brochure and a big speech, but it is all untrue. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy, it was that bad.

I don’t know how this place has a 4 star rating overall. The caregiver Judy met our needs, but the office staff is terribly unprofessional. They called after the first visit, but have not been in touch since and it’s been four weeks. We have not received any invoices, they have not returned any phone calls or emails. They have my credit card on file but I have no idea what kind of charges are coming my way. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS OFFICE. I have reported this location and it’s poor customer service to the Visiting Angels Corporate Office.

The family wishes to thank you for helping keep our mom in her home...We appreciate the comfort, support, dignity and respect you all gave to her. We will recommend you to anyone who is in need of your service.

The team at Visiting Angels could not have been more helpful. We had a bit of a crisis on our hands, when my father-in-law had a sudden health issue and needed to be rushed to the E.R. As the primary caregiver of his wife, we weren't sure what to do. The hospital social worker gave me their number and then our problems dissolved. Thank you!!
