Everyone at Visiting Angels was easy and a pleasure to work with. They care not only about their clients but their employees as well. For me that's always a reassuring sign of how good a service provider is. Mom's needs changed rapidly toward the end, and cannot thank them enough for their patience and efforts to accommodate us. All of our aides were pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful, and kind to her as well as to me, her caregiver. Truly a wonderful, dedicated group of people to whom I shall always be grateful. I could not have cared for Mom without them.
The staff is very nice. I have experienced several agencies. Others have claimed to be the best, but this one is far better than the others. In stead of claiming to be the best, they simply work hard at taking good care of the clients and the workers. I have never heard them say they are the best, but so far they have shown me they are the best.
