I Waited3 Hrs with 2 people in the lobby. walk in waited 1hr &When called they check your weight, temp&blood pressure.They put you in another room to wait again for the doctor for an additional 1 hour&30 mins. They either need more physicians or quicker staff. This is ridiculous. Update: they only have 1 doctor for urgent care.
Dr Holmes is a wonderful doctor! Can't attest to the group, haven't had much experience with it but her medical care is top notch. She is so sincere and caring. Very happy with her care for my dad as a pcp, he feels the same.
Medical staff is rude and they ask you what are you being seen for in front of everyone. I thought there was a such thing as patient confidentiality!!! I was so irritated.
