Vista Student Apartments

As a student, Vista Apartments is such a great place to live! It is really close to campus less than five minute with tons of restaurants and stores nearby. I also love how friendly everyone is, especially the is, especially the desk workers and the maintenance crew.

Absolutely love the staff at vista, they are so friendly and prompt in all maintenance requests. They really go above and beyond to not only provide a great place to live but an experience, with activities planned each month. I live on the ninth floor and the view from the balcony will take your breath away.

I love the furnished rooms, the individual bathroom and leases, and the balconies. I wish it had a bigger kitchen, especially the fridge, just doesn't seem like enough room for four people. However next year we are living in the bigger apartment so that might fix that. The amenities are also a plus.

I love living at vista!! Management/staff are so friendly and are always wanting to help out in any way they can. Lots of amenities and places to hangout. Perfect place for a student!!

I have loved living in vista for the past two years. It is the perfect apartment building for DU students- both location and convencience. 10/10 would recommend!

Vista is my first real apartment and I really love it here! The staff is really nice/helpful and there are a lot of amenities! They provided everything I needed to have a stress free move furniture, roommate matching, cleaned the whole room, etc. and my apartment has a really great view! It's overall a great place to live!

I love these apartments! The only feedback I have is that I wish the laundry wasn’t shared, and the blinds and beds kind of suck. However, I flipped the bed around to block out the light and got a new mattress and that did the trick!

I have been living here since September of 2020, everything has been great. The people who work here are very responsive and accommodating.
