Sarah Benson helped my family and me out in finding the perfect apartment! We are new to Denver and she was quick to reach out to us on our inquiry for apartment location help. She took the time out on a Sunday to give us a call, work out a plan, and create an itinerary. She listened to our wants and needs and shared plenty of options with us to look through. She must be psychic because we fell in love with the first apartment we looked at! It has all the bells and whistles and was well under our budget for what we need. She knew the leasing team well and easily helped us establish a connection with them. She listens to her clients and has extensive knowledge of Denver. I encourage anyone looking for their next home, especially one where you'd like to stay awhile and be happy and comfortable at, to reach out to Sarah!
Erica worked diligently to find my husband and I the best apartment. She was conscientious about the features we wanted and our budget. I certainly wish I would have found Erica sooner in my search, as she saved me countless hours of effort looking through all the apartments listed for rent in the Denver area. Plus, she's great with communications and prompt to respond to any questions. She's knowledgeable, professional and kind. I highly recommend her.
Quick feedback on Blake who helped me with my apartment search.. He was amazing with everything, especially his responsiveness to texts and calls. Any day or time of day I reached out to him with questions he seriously was top notch with responding. Super professional and I would highly recommend working with him - he wants to get you in a place that works for you and is extremely accommodating. Ashley is incredible. First, she assists with no expense to the renter. She worked with me as a client just as hard as I would expect IF I WERE PAYING HER ALREADY. My girlfriend and I are not easy people to find places to live for but she really looked through every request we had. She really worked hard, checked in frequently in such a polite manner, and when we had doubts she gave us the raw facts on why our place was PERFECT for us. Above all, she was really honest about everything the locations had to offer. Really could not be happier with Ashley's work. If you call, ask directly for her. You won't be disappointed.
Gene was an absolute pro to work with. I'm moving to Denver from across the country and had no idea where to start looking for apartments, but Gene asked me a handful of questions and quickly gave me 15 apartment options that met my criteria and price range. We ended up touring 5 of these and I just signed with one of them! Gene was able to set up the tours within a week of our initial consultation for apartment units that were available immediately
Patrick was great to work with! He was quick to respond and gave me a wide variety of places to look at. It was really great to work with Patrick/Vita Locators as I am moving from out of state and wasn't sure what area to live in. He didn't pressure me at all to sign a lease, which I really appreciated, but I have signed because it was the perfect property for me!! He gave great advice and I recommend to everyone moving to Denver!
Sara is a dream to work with; thorough, communicative, and super knowledgeable. She has a CO native's understanding of so many buildings and current construction that choosing buildings to tour is easy. I would definitely recommend working with her at Vita!
Meranda made our move from out of state a breeze. She took the time to listen to our wants and found multiple places that checked all our boxes. She toured the apartments with us on FaceTime and was knowledgeable about each neighborhood we were looking at. We are very grateful and will be recommending vita locators to anyone looking to move!
I was caught off guard how rude and condescending the person who I spoke with was to me and that attitude even came through text after the call dropped. He also lied directly to me about apartment prices in certain neighborhoods. I'm not sure how this business has such high reviews when I was it was immediately noticeable how arrogant and rude the person was. Denver is my home and Im very familiar with the market. This felt like a scam.
I had the awesome opportunity of having Michael help me! He was super fast at finding me high quality places that fit all of my requirements. He then took us on tours until I was able to find a great spot! I would highly recommend Michael to anyone
