Vitality is a place for women to dance their troubles away and find a completely non-judgmental environment. We do not body shame. We encourage and support each other. The routines are fun and make you feel sexy. And Vixen Dance Fitness is the most fun workout I have ever done in my life! You'll find new lifelong friends along with finding yourself!

I have been going to the studio for almost a year now and I still love it. The afternoon classes fit my schedule perfectly and Cat is an amazing person. She really walks the walk-- she says Vitality is a judgement-free zone (from others AND yourself), and she backs that up. She is quick to tell you to stop the negative talk about yourself and doesn't tolerate bad talk about any woman. Fitness-wise I have found that classes like Vixen (dance cardio) are exactly what I want: if I want to take it easy, I can. And if I want to push it, I can! Dance studio-wise I LOVE the Vintage Burlesque choreography-- I still can't believe Cat comes up with new routines every month for us, let alone her other classes (lap, cabaret, etc)! I had the opportunity to perform as a student (part of The Cat's Meow) in a small show and I loved it. It was dance "recital" I never had, but for a grown woman :) And it seems there are plenty more opportunities to perform even if you aren't in the headliner troupe, the Va Va Vooms; there is always an upcoming show, let alone the "showcase" for family and friends in the studio every month. I love Vitality more than any other gym or fitness studio, and I have tried a few :)

Since beginning at Vitality a few months back, I can say that not only have I found a new way to give back to the body that gives me so much, but I have found community. The most important lessons that I have taken away are not based on the technicalities of dance, but rather, the attitudes in which we approach dance. The instructors are kind, knowledgeable, and passionate. Vitality has increased my strength, confidence and has given me a genuine desire to keep evolving through movement. I can't wait to see where the rest of this year takes me. Thank you so much!!

I love going to Vitality! It is a place of acceptance and empowerment. It is my home away from home. I know if I am having a bad day I can go to the studio and leave in a better mood and laughing. Cat is a wonderful woman and I am entirely greatful that she opened this studio. I encourage it every woman to go and try it out!

Vitality is a wonderful dance and fitness studio! I love the variety of classes and how comfortable Cat and her instructors make everyone feel. I danced as a child and loved it. Sadly as an adult I had a difficult time finding local dance classes that would fit into my busy work schedule. Vitality's evening and weekend classes are a perfect fit! I really enjoy the option of a drop-in rate and the variety of workshops Cat offers for those who can't attend a regular weekly class. I highly recommend Vitality to anyone looking to get or stay fit through dance.
