Viva Dental

I hate going to the dentist. Every dentist visit makes me feel awful about my teeth and shame me which is why I have avoided going to the dentist for years. I went into Viva Dental for a check up/teeth cleaning. I was in and out in an hour. The actual teeth cleaning took about 20-30 minutes. It was super easy. No scolding, just information and guidance. There wasn’t a wait time after checking in. The entire process was extremely easy. I will definitely be back to get my teeth cleaning again. Thank you to Dr. Nguyen and the Viva Dental support staff. You all were so kind and helpful.

I’ve been to many dentists, ever since I was a kid I’ve had bad teeth. So you would think I would be used to the pain and noises that comes with going to the dentist but I wasn’t, yet Viva Dental has made it to where I don’t dread going to the dentist. I had to get a few fillings and I always dread the numbing part, yet the dentist at Viva Dental was so good at it, I swear that was probably the most painless filling appt I ever had. Viva Dental’s staff took such good care of me. They helped me to get partials and made sure I was comfortable with the whole process and communicated with me every step of the way. The girls there are super caring and understanding and patient. And the Dentist I’m embarrassed to admit I don’t remember his actual name is so good at his job. He’s caring and patient and very detailed. They have made dentist appointments less scary. And I’m so grateful I’ve finally found my Dentist!

Best dentist in town...it is like walking into family. They explained every step. The doctor talks you thru and trust me when I say " I don't have the fear of the dentist any more " . The front desk mostly Jessie goes beyoud to help you. I will tell everyone need good dentist her they are.Big Big Thank you..I can smile proud now.

Doc is Tops,the Staff is Very nice and Professional the office is Clean and also located off an: North to South, East to West intersected Transit Route Very Convenient.I'm Very Happy with this Denist Office

Had a great experience at Viva Dental this morning, went to get some cavities taken care of. I am soo terrified of dentist but Dr.Nguyen was very gentle and made the process so much smoother! The receptionist were all so friendly and informative. I got 4 cavities done still have 2 more and for the first time I am not nervous about going back because of how great this visit went ! I have been here 3 times and all 3 were good experiences. First of all I'm afraid of dentists and needles, and as soon as Dr. Nguyen walked in the room he make me feel very comfortable, he explained to me every single thing he was doing in my mouth and he is the best when it comes to numbing up my mouth, I didn't feel any pain at all! The assistants are very caring and nice.The waiting time to be seen is very minimal. Amazing office!!!

This is a great dentist. The staff and the doctor are all very kind and understanding. I know for a fact that I've seen the people that have wrote bad reviews and thanked them very much for their kindness and experience. They have all come often but if they have ONE bad experience, they overreact and want to go somewhere. You should come here.

First, I will start on a positive attitude. Dulce front office pretty good - on point; however, the Janet back office was frightening horrible! When Janet was taking my x-rays she didn't even take her time to ask if I had jewelry or anything metal. I was the one to ask if I can take my jacket off, because it had metal. Lastly, Janet dropped the cleaning tool on my front tooth and dented it. She even had the nerve to try and get mad at me for her carelessness. Looking for another dental office and you should too. That's what I get for helping a small Community Dental Office.

Horrible dentist. Dr. Diem has got no bedside manners, not commutative. He treats you like a customer w/ money and not a person. He told me he was going to do fillings but didn't tell me how many teeth he was going to fill, when I got home I saw the 3 which I thought he was doing just 1. I asked him about my x-rays and he literally shrugged w/ no words to say! He could have said anything like- 'well, i'm not seeing anything out of the normal, here's your roots and they look pretty normal.' But instead he just shrugged as if he didn't know what HE was seeing in the x-ray! If you can afford it I recommend Dr. Kintonis. He's very kind, very communicative about what your teeth look like, and will explain in detail. He really tries to make going to the dentist a pleasurable one w/ no scares. He'll even call you to ask how you're feeling later after wards. He's really pricey though esp. w/o insurance or good insurance...But VERY worth it if you get scared of going to dentists like me.

So many problems with this dentist 1st he cleans my teeth n I tell him I have a crown every time he still scrapes it now it looks as though I have a rotted tooth. He also pulled out my daughters front permanent tooth, when later I found out her tooth could've been saved. All he ever wants to do is extract teeth.
