Vivint Solar

Vivint solar is very helpful and honest. My agent Kamel is excellent in helping me set up my solar panel. He used a lot of his personal time to guide me through the process, and help me fix different problems I had while getting approval for installation. And he tries to be there in person every step of the way. My personal time involvement is very minimum which is very important for me. I would recommend this solar company to anyone who would preferred hassle free installation and service.

Just had my install completed over the weekend. Crew was very professional. They set up their Safety barricade and signs first thing. They answered my questions before and throughout the installation process. My Vivint sales rep was present to ensure all was going well. Once the installation was complete the area was left clean. They explained the next steps in getting the system up and running. Now just waiting on final inspections and NV Energy to get us connected to the grid. Very happy with the service from Vivint so far!

I didn't even purchase through them, but when they came out to "look" at the property, they ran a Hard Inquiry on my credit without my knowledge. They claimed it was a soft inquiry, however it wasn't. Then they said they would contact the credit reporting agency on my behalf to have the inquiry changed to a soft inquiry..... 4 months later it's still on my credit report as a Hard Inquiry. I didn't even purchase through them!! Very frustrating and unprofessional.

This has been a great experience. The crew were polite and it only took about 5 1/2 hrs to do it all. Everyone keeps in touch about waiting times for permits and inspections. We have recommended you to several friends that are interested in solar and will continue to do it more.

My wife and I first got Vivint in early 2016 when we put our last house on the market. One of the features that convinced us that it would be worth the move into the Vivint family was that we would be able to see who would be walking up to our front door and also it would allow us to disarm and arm the alarm from our phones. As my wife and I learned more, we were able to get the automatic garage opener as well. We felt very safe and in control of our house. As we moved into our new house we were able to get added features. About late September 2017 my Vivint alarm picked up activity at my front door. A young salesman, from Vivint solar, by the name of Joshua was asking if I would be interested in looking to add solar to my home. As i had been thinking about it for quite some time I sat out front and talked with him. After a very short time I was hooked. It was one of those times where it sounded to good to be true but it was worth a deeper look. Joshua was easy to get a hold of and followed through with what he said. When ever I had a question he would answer or get the answer and keep me very well informed. My solar was installed on November 9th 2017 and the crew was very professional, respectful, and lively. They were able to answer what little I had not known about the install and even showed me how things would work after all the inspections were done and the meter installed. As far as Vivint is concerned, I have now turned on some of my closest friends to Vivint, as a company, and everyone in my neighborhood now know that we are going green with Vivint Solar. The only thing left that we are waiting on is the power Co. and the installing of the meter. We have been so very happy with the pace at which the whole process has been taking place. We are the first to put Solar in our neighborhood and not the last. Our friends across the street are scheduled for install in a few weeks and I'm sure more will follow in the next few weeks or months.
