NEVER would I recommend this place to anyone. NO results AT All! They claim that after care is key and accused me of going to Popeyes and donut shops after they scared my stomach. I can just say "save your money". I'm still scared, I've got the pictures to prove it. Just SAD.

Don’t Ever Spend your money at this establishment. They are extremely rude and had the nerve to be on TV representing their horrible service. I had service with them a few years ago and they never followed up with me after not completing the service I paid for. The person who answered the phone said that it’s not their responsibility to follow up and asked what’s my point? This happened to today after I saw them on TV representing what a great company they were. When I had the service performed a year a so ago to have cholesterol patches removed from my eyes. The person performing the service failed and another lady came to assist her until they had to stop in fear of permanently damaging my eyes. They told me to wait a while to come back and they will complete the procedure. They never called me back to check on me to see if my eyes were damaged or to schedule me to come back in. When I called back then they weren’t concerned either. I’m sure I still have the pictures and they also took pictures. Once they treated me like that I was terrified to put my eyes in their care. They have awful people skills. And I will be contacting the BBB.

I called to get an estimate and they refused without my coming in for an appointment. Reading the negative reviews posted herein and the absolutely obnoxious responses by the owner, I will avoid this business at all costs. I stongly recommend everyone read the negative reviews before going to this business. Again, their response to the negative reviews reflects just how unprofessional they are.

The ladies at VJazzy were great. I am a larger guy, and they were able to help me lose 4 inches, on my first visit!! My suits were getting tight and now they are loose.

I just called to get an appointment for my bikini bleach for my last treatment which I don’t see any difference at all. But I’m still giving it a chance. I also just purchased my bikini hair removal and after speaking to this girl Tanya who is very condescending and rude. I decided to not go through the remaining 5 treatment for the laser hair removal. I asked her if I will just get one treatment paid today how much would it be? She responded $99 so I said ok if you could please refund me the rest And she said “ sorry we don’t issue refunds just have to be switched to different treatment. I asked what her name is and she said her name is Tanya and sue is the manager. She hung up on me and I called again and I told her that you think just because your the manager you can talk this way to people? Mind you I never signed anything with the laser hair removal. I am very disappointed with this place. This manager is doing their business in a forceful way. Has there anyone who have had any bad experience with this place before? I would definitely feature this place in my show for my Monday Broadcasting that will be aired live for Vegas people to see. I’ll Post this on Yelp, on, Facebook to make sure that it can give others some insight. I have nit done my appointment yet and I feel hostaged and she is very proud of how she was handling the situation. How can I feel like coming to this place and not feel threatened of what kind of treatment I will get after this encounter. This woman Tanya might even be the owner that’s why she is justifying her actions.

Had an appointment to remove cholesterol deposits from my eyelids.. They were able to flatten them but the deposits were not removed. So I am scheduled to go back at a later date to try again. Because my deposits are still there is the only reason I gave 4 stars other than that I would have given 5 stars, as the customer service is excellent!. I must say I am please with the way that they were flattened which definitely helped my appearance in a positive way. I will be returning for other services. I just had smart Lipo 360, will be needing lymphatic massage.

Went here because a friend recommended it. Omg! I love it here! There are so many services to do! I will most definitely be a louder long client. The staff was friendly and professional! I had my treatment done by Jessica! Such a fun & nice lady! Thanks for the recommendation amiga! I recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to have spa services done!!!

I’ve been to other med spas across The Valley but let me just say this one is by far better than all my prior experiences! I came in feeling self conscious, slightly stressed and with so many pointed out imperfections. Not only did the make me feel comfortable and welcome. They provided me with options and flexibility. They have made me feel alive & beautiful again. Thank you to the wonderful staff. I am a customer forever.

The only reason your best technician know anything about any treatment I had was because I volunteer the information, the review is to make improvements. How would I know that she smokes? Simple wash your hands before treatment. Have a consultation ask questions be friendly. No one said she wasn’t wearing gloves. Simple her hands smell like cigarettes do better. We all have room for growth. You don’t know what we discussed because we was alone. I don’t have time to make up stories. She was not very nice. It was my experience. So your welcome to express your opinion but you wasn’t the person that did the treatment. I’m sure if you had a bad experience you would share so the business could be aware. Yes I TIP her because that what I do. Respect others time maybe she would be nicer to the next person. Treat others the way you want to be treated. I was shopping around for a V-Steam spa ‍ for a girls trip coming up in August…. I’m reading through reviews….. Okay can I just sayyyyy Lit I have a brick and mortar business as well! The customer is not always right and I love the energy the owner gives with standing up for her employees! Oh my god and the clap backs on some of these reviews are amazing I’m definitely coming thru this spot I gotta meet the team that stands up for one another and gets the job done all while making a bag and being unbothered ! I will be booking some services for myself and my girls! I have never been but the energy these women are giving in these replies is telling me this is my type of place! I love love love y’all and don’t even know you…. YET SEE YOU ALL SOON!
