Love this place! Such a great people! I don’t even imagine how passionate they should be to do their amazing job!!! I know some pets are so scared and can even bite the staff but they are still friendly to them and make the greatest quality for fair price. Wish you the best guys

“I have been there twice, and my dogs always look great. Some of the staff is very friendly and make an effort to understand what you want without attitude. One person in particular gets frustrated when you try to explain what you want, she went as far as to “wave me off.” The Owner, Jennie. With that being said, learn to communicate. The other ladies are nice. They are reliable because I visit from out of town, they should consider improving on their people skills, not all of them just some.

The past reviews had my a little worried nonetheless though my puppy had an amazing service I was able to peep when the groomer was cutting my dog hair and you can tell she loves dog saw her kiss my dog and it made me feel good that my dog was in good hands. I have an Australian Shepard and they cute his hair very well and did a shedding and flea treatment and it was a very affordable price.

Please beware! Took my shih tzu there and when i went tp pick her up they didnt charge me because they said they scratched her eye lid with the comb .when i looked they literally cut her eye lid in half so for sure it wasnt a scatch from a comb but a cut from a scissor or grooming razor they said she was moving too much..Omg they are supposed to be professionals and know how to handle the dogs.Thank god they didnt cut her eye.my little girl is the sweetest loves people so I believe they didnt treat her right and scared her.

They made my newly adopted baby boy look brand new. Fast service, and was able to book an appointment easily. Thank you!

Some staff is friendlier than others for sure.. But my dogs hair cut is always consistent and priced fairly!
