The people working here are a bunch of crooks. I placed an order on July 29th and still haven’t received an email that my product has been shipped out! It has been over 2 weeks, still haven’t received the item or confirmation that it has even been shipped! I called and emailed the store without a response! I had to dispute the charge through my bank account because of this! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ONLINE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! As the previous reviewer stated, BEWARE BEWARE!
Beware! There is something going on with this company. I tried to place an order but it was canceled ; however, they charged my credit card. They have not responded to emails and when I try to find my orders they require an order number which of course I don’t have since it was canceled and they no longer allow you tho see previous orders. They effectively stole my money. I am disputing transaction as it is fraudulent. Don’t order from them
I love their products because they're unscented, but 2 stars down because I went in on a Saturday at 5pm and the store was already closed. I received an email on November 30th saying its small business Saturday and to drop by. I dropped by and lo and behold, it was dark inside. What gives?
Was just diagnosed with skin allergies and this place was great. Suzanne and Ivy are wonderful to work with. Very patient and helpful because they could check which products I could use and you can try everything. Highly recommend!
