Updating my review: This was my third time back and it looks like I'll be returning again, though I might skip out on scheduling and just try coming as a walk in instead because online scheduling doesn't seem to be a thing. Nail art is next level and I don't know what kind of magic is in the gel polish that they use but I've literally never had manicures last as long as these do. Ann did my nails again, and I adore her. Her attention to detail is great as is her attitude. Glad I got to update my review. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I wish I could leave a 5 star review because my first experience here was great, but we'll settle on 3 stars. N average from giving them a 1 for this experience and a 5 from my last one. Although significantly more expensive than where I usually go, I came back and booked the same girl who did my nails last time Ann...when I got there for my appointment, there were 3 people waiting to be seen 2 were walk-ins who ended up leaving. I checked in and sat and waited, and waited, and waited. I waited for an hour and twenty minutes. Three women came in while I was waiting still, and they were all seated for pedicures and started before I was. The gal who did my nails was rude, rushed me on every step of the way and my nails are all different lengths. When I said "you forgot a top coat on one nail" she told me she did it already, and left it as is. Needless to say, the nail was sticky and there was no top coat on it. The nail design came out cute still but not as good as when Ann did them... I don't understand why they even have online booking if they aren't going to come close to the booking time or give you the nail tech you ask for. I might give them one more chance... might... if the experience is any better I'll modify my review... but I left stressed, frustrated and was late for an event I had that evening because of the time issue here.

Found them on instagram and decided to give it a shot since I wanted to get my nails done for halloween, my first time ever getting hand drawn designs on my nails so I was a little worried how they’d turn out but she did an amazing job and they look exactly like the picture. all the staff were very nice and it was a very welcoming environment definitely will be returning!

Great nails and last minute service the day before Mother’s Day! Anna Lee was so nice and made me feel super comfortable. I called and she made the appointment within 15 minutes and I was seen right away. She finished my nails in literally less than an hour AND they look beautiful! Also decided to add a pedicure, which I didn’t know they can do both at the same time which is a time saver but I know for next time!

It was my first time here but I had heard great things. I booked with Annalee and she got to me promptly, very attentive! As I looked around me, everyone getting their nails done had some type of design that looked absolutely stunning. 10/10, I’ve never had my nails look like this.

Five-star experience! From booking last minute to the expert, meticulous, and artistic design to the humour, warmth, and grace of my nail tech, everything about my visit to TT Hawthorne Nails was fabulous! It's been a year since I got my nails done, and my nails and cuticles were trashed. I walked in with no concrete plan for what I wanted - I just wanted a little pick-me-up after a rough year. My tech was so sweet and patient. She did a lovely job balancing hearing what I wanted and taking the lead where I was unsure. She heard my concerns about my nail health and pushed me to do a dip instead of a gel manicure. Normally, I wouldn't, but the dip has given my nails a bit more structure which feels really good. When I didn't find the right shade, she mixed up a gorgeous custom color for me. And my nails look GOOD. It's been such a nice lift to get complimented on them as I go about my business, the least I can do is pass the praise along here! UPDATE: my first mani lasted 3 weeks !!! and I loved it so much that I came back and asked for a blue china teacup inspired design... of course the ladies at TT Hawthorne Nails delivered! Consider this a 10/5 review. 2nd UPDATE: my precious blue china mani last 3 weeks again truly, these ladies work miracles and I cannot be happier with my mini itty-bitty fruits. I have to applaud the attention to detail - from building a strong apex with the base dip to mixing custom highlights for each fruit design. Thank you AGAIN! Requested style: I requested an abstract, colorful design in a bright, summery palette with negative space for an easy grow out.

Ann is so amazing! I've gotten some beautiful manicures done by her. I'm impressed every time. The detail she puts in is phenomenal. My favorite nail shop for sure!

When I went to get a fill, the technician told me I needed a new set. Great, let’s do that then. She proceeded to use an acrylic nail to slide beneath the fingernail she wanted to remove to lift it from my finger. This technique works fine if the nail is coming off and isn’t still well connected to the finger. But she did this with all of my fingers, though only 2 of them came off easily. The others she forced off, even as I told her it was hurting me. It was so painful. My natural nails underneath were destroyed, as the top half of each was pulled off with the removed nail. She did a good job putting on the new tips and applying the acrylic powder but didn’t make the shape and length as I wanted. I had to keep asking her to do more: make them shorter and rounder. She didn’t use a base coat polish and was annoyed when I asked her to clean up my cuticles. I’ve gone to this salon several times but I won’t be going back.

I recently visited this nail salon for the first time, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. I got a manicure with a fun spring design. What impressed me the most was how efficiently they operated—I was in and out in no time, without feeling rushed. Additionally, the prices were fair and reasonable for the quality of service provided. Overall, I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a great nail care experience.

I was recommended trying this salon and I was SO pleased! I wish I could rate more than 5 stars. I will definitely be back to see the nail tech, Hannah. She spent so much time shaping and cleaning my nails. I had wanted a specific color and another tech took the time to mix two shades for me to get the exact shade I wanted. The salon was clean, comfortable and all the employees were kind. Right when I left the place I already got two compliments on my nails, I will only get pedicures from here from now on. <3
