Incredibly strange, my phone and voicemail was never picked up or returned after over a month. I only got the chance to contact them after 3 weeks, after I reached out to a different volt building and they had them call me. They said they were trying to get a hold of me? And they will call me back soon to see if it’s ok to start in 2 days. 10+ days later and nothing.. moved on after 2 more unanswered calls and a voicemail. I’m struggling, so I felt a bit stabbed for wasting my time. I was actually in contact with the supervisor and full time employees at the place I wanted to work. It wasn’t a matter of no work. Applied to Midwest temp and got everything done in less than an hour, drug test and application. Called them the next day and they got me scheduled for work next week.

In my professional opinion, Stephanie Strugar is incompetent and quite frankly inadequate when communicating, proves her incapability and openly shows a serious lack of what should be rudimentary skills necessary to exist efficiently within a simple office setting or any related capacity. She FAILS to: respond; comprehend and respond appropriately to clearly portrayed messages in writing; answer standard and pertinent questions; notice information provided multiple times; provide information to questions; include paperwork which according to herself, is required; use proper grammar and punctuation; portray professionalism, and worst of all, utilize time adequately which costed me money and does so continually for this bogus company. Whatever the meeting was or wasn't supposed to be, is beyond my comprehension and I NEVER do business with a prospective employer or ANYONE for that matter who is purposefully cryptic when responding such as indicated in the correspondences herein which is copied(contact info removed) and pasted in regular email format from most to least recent(so start at the end and read upward): >NO RESPONSE, WOW

This place is very disrespectful and prejudgmental, the person name I think Amy is very rude and don't know how to communicate with people. They come off as talking down to you and try and belittle you , instead of making you feel welcomed and invited they do the total opposite, I have a 2 yr degree, with extra courses in leadership ,teamwork,flexible, and problem solving with interpersonal speaking skills so I'm very qualified, also with 8 yrs of warehouse/supervision skills . These people are a joke the company name is good but the staff I encounter the owners would fire them and tell them that the way they communicate and belittle people will not be tolerated its a cancer to the people who are doing what's right for the company. I recommended staying away from them if you have self respect they use to dealing with people who are forgeinto America and need a job so willing to deal with down talk and belittlement.

I went to Volt in New Brighton a little over a week ago and I had nothing but a wonderful experience looking for a job. I got scheduled right away for an interview which went great as well, I had no problems and was placed at a job with in 2 days. I loved it and I love the job I got with them. Honestly Ashley was better than expected and I will be recommending her and Volt to anyone looking for quick placement with a great employer.
