Volvo of Charlotte

I just purchased my Volvo V90 and I love it. This is my first experience with Volvo for oil change and check. They were very good on not trying to sell additional products that were not needed. The oil change was reasonable. I would recommend Volvo Charlotte and Ben. Thank you:

Tom helped me with my S90. The vehicle was leaking from the headliner down into the floor. Even though the service department was booked through the following week Tom made it a priority to get me in ASAP to get this fixed as it had been raining consistently. Tom was quick and very courteous to work with. highly recommend!

I have had a few visits to the service department at Volvo of Charlotte and with every visit. I have felt they were knowledgeable, prompt, and very honest. All work was completed as described and I left with the feeling hat they actually appreciated my business. They get my highest recommendation.

Brought my moms car in for standard servicing oil, tire rotation etc. a few days ago since she hates waiting around. All I know is, I was in and out without any hassles. Thanks to Ronnie O for the quick and easy morning! Highly recommended!!!
