This location is well put together. You never know what you'll find here. Brands and products change regularly, if you find something you like, buy it, it might not be there when you return. Associates typically stay in their departments, so in order to get a question answered you have to travel to a department that has staff in it. Quality product all around, return policy is standard. Great visit, I love coming here.

A good place for all the clothing and shoes. I love their collection of shoes and the various options they have. I love the store layout and how beautiful it is. A very nice place for some good shopping.

Back-to-Scool shopping with great grand daughter. Wonderful experience. She found many adorable outfits on the discount rack. Plus reasonably price dresses and sport outfits. She is pumped and ready for school.

This is a beautiful store. Very tidy and organized. Employees are very helpful and friendly and dressed immaculately. I kind of felt like a bum dressed in a Tshirt and denim jeans. The mens shoe department had a large television where I could watch College football while my wife did her shopping and didn't feel like I was hovering over her.

Watched two male subjects that were very very suspicious acting and looking have their way with the merchandise. While watching one that went where my wife was located another one was “shopping” the women’s sports wear department. I followed him upstairs. I tried to communicate with what appeared to be the manager, I was asked to stop “following” the “customers”. I was protecting myself while trying to keep my wife safe as well. I was also told I was a liability. I got to my wife and we left the store while security walked out behind us. They were being robbed and were more concerned about how I was responding to the situation. The 60+ year old employees seemed very concerned about what I was concerned about, while the manager made sure I didn’t make the two male subjects feel uncomfortable. Roseville Mall is no longer safe to go to. Skip this place, they let people steal from under them

Von Maur carries top brands that you don't find in most retail stores. The store is always neat and inviting with great customer service but not over bearing. Always have a great shopping experience!

They are #1 for their Christmas decorations! Very festive and bright. One oversight, though, no manager scene, which is what the holiday is about. Otherwise, nice departments, but much of it was overpriced.

Beautiful stuff. but the piano player ruined it for me. She was just playing notes, she never played anything musical, with feeling, just pounding out page after page of notes. but my wife liked it so whatevever. I couldnt wait to get out of there. They should have a harpist... So much more elegant.

This was like stepping into a JC Penny's from the 80's. I wasn't impressed with product or price. Other people will like it. Just not my thing. If you are into this sort of high end thing you will like the store. The store is clean well stocked and organized. The employees are friendly and personable. Keep up the good work .
