Customer service could have been a little better, but ultimately I'm really happy with the results. Glad it all worked out in the end!

Excellent customer service. Judy helped me and she was super nice and accommodating. Home Depot made a mistake when submitting my order and essentially a whole section had to be replaced. She made it hassle free to get what I needed. Thanks Judy!

If I could give 0 stars! I'm amazed they got any good reviews. Craftsmanship and customer service was the worst I've ever seen. Counters are slanted, uneven gaping at a seams and black marker they used to measure on back splash will not come off months later. We lived with half our counters installed for over a month so they could recut a piece they measured and cut incorrectly. They didn't expedite the process or give any compensation for this huge inconvenience and when final piece was installed it was sloppy to say the least. Scheduling was ridiculous, they showed up disorganized without correct tools etcetera etcetra. So much to say. But basically spend more on a local business because you'll be happier! ....update, 5 months later, they still have not reinstalled one section they messed up on, we have scheduled numerous times and they cancel at the last minute. We have a bulging seem that water gets into because of faulty installation.

1. getting my counter tops took twice as long as i was told 2. I drove to pick them up and one of the pieces were cut incorrectly 3. Once I got the re cut it was cut short again 4. My family of four went without a kitchen sink for three days before I finally just dry fit it on the wrongly cut countertop 5. I have been left on hold several times the longest being 30 min. no joke cell bill to prove it 6. Now they wont call me back 7. The whole time I have been beyond understanding, the whole time they have made me feel like it is my fault. I would NOT recommend and I will tell everyone that asks

These guys were great and helpful and they delivered my custom made counter top when they said they would. It was perfect, even better than I imagined. Some people are just never satisfied with anything. These are CUSTOM made counter tops. If you want crap, go someplace else. Anything that is done right is worth the wait.

Emailed Felix and never heard back. Emailed again with no response. Finally called just to ensure I had the correct email address which I did. Very disappointed.

We got a nice custom Corian countertop, nice people, excellent work, competitive price. We will go back to VSS when it's time to remodel our kitchen.

Ordered countertops through HomeDepot and it’s been over two months with no update and I called in today and they said they are barely going to start making the countertops. Terrible Terrible!!! My project is backed up now and my house has no countertops.

Horrible customer service. They have no idea what they're talking about. Took forever to get what I wanted. When called they just say we'll get back to you and never follow up.
