SCAM - BEWARE W.D.S NO SHOW on eviction date. My eviction was planned several weeks in advance. The eviction date and time was confirmed the day before the eviction and the day of the eviction. The eviction crew was a NO SHOW. After not meeting their commitments W.D.S will block your number. You will need to call from various different numbers if you ever want a chance of speaking with them again after they've set your eviction schedule back months. I believe W.D.S is trying to wholesale your rental property. Do not trust a word they say. ---- Reply You must have forgotten everything was documented. So you simply lie to customers that you don't believe will pay you? Why did you take the job in the 1st place? SCAM!

Do extensive research before hiring this company. They do not have the licenses to do this business and are part of the reasons homeowners in the atlanta area are losing their homes.

Making a profit off of violently denying people basic human rights.
