Amy was so attentive and friendly, knew what she was talking about, listened, and she gave me a cute haircut that fit my face and was just my personality! Made an appointment for highlights in 2 weeks. 10/10 for sure :

W Salon is AMAZING!! Everything about this salon exceeded my expectations, from the customer service at the front desk to the awesome shampoo & hand/neck massages from the assistants to the beautiful haircut and ombre highlights I got from their talented hairstylists...I will never go to go another salon....W Salon is THE best!!

The W salon what can you say Thi and his crew are awesome. I used to see Thi when he was at Liberty House and now in kakaako. Amy takes good care in cutting and coloring my hair. All I can say is if you want awesome customer service and hair this is the place.

$90 for single process root coloring. charges $40extra for blowdry and I didnt do it so he roughdried but left wet. Paid $110total with tip. later friend told me different salon that charges 50~60. anyways besides the overpricing service wasnt so bad. Jeff was nice.
