WaBa Grill is an Asian Fusion Restaurant serving Teriyaki Bowls with Chicken, Steak, Shrimp, Salmon, and Vegetables. We like this place for healthy food options on-the-go. Their bowls are always fresh and delicious. They also offer 2 two Chicken Bowls for only $12.99 on Tuesday and Saturday. The inside of this place is clean and nicely decorated. We have no issues/complaints about their service.
We used to frequent this location at least once week, but we moved so we don't end up over here as much. Months ago we came in and were helped by a young man that made an impression on us. He was very polite and friendly. Fast forward to today when we returned. We recognized him right away and watched him assist someone else with that same friendliness. When it was our turn, as I placed our order he remembered that we needed our order cut on a clean cutting board due to allergies. We only ordered 1 other time with him! I would not have expected him to remember us. While we were enjoying our meal, I observed him interacting with other customers and coworkers with that same kindness and upbeat attitude. He also stayed busy, working in between customers...restocking and stuff like that. This guy deserves a raise! Great customer service is hard to find. I hope he gets rewarded for his hard work.The receipt said Eric so I hope that is his name! I was going to ask when we left but he was busy.
I've been to multiple waba grills all around this area and I will go out of my way to order here. Fast, friendly and cooked very well and portions are spot on. They don't under sell you.

ive been to the Haven store a couple times but this location is closer to me and its my first time coming here. I'm not sure theres a difference between these two nearby locations. The food is quite good, seems healthy, convenient. 100 times better than Yoshinoya for sure, it was pretty disappointing how downhill that place went. My only thing about Waba is, its a little.. boring. or bland. something about it is a bit lackluster. and I noticed a few of the brown rice grains were smooth and hard so they did not get soaked properly. I wish i got paid for these reviews but honestly, Waba leaves something to be desired when you've had food from Flame Broiler. they are the best similar competing chicken rice bowl that I've had so far and even a little cheaper if that were somehow possible. even the rice and veggies seem to be more on point. Waba is definitely on par but they're taking 2nd place. just my honest opinion.
This is the cleanest and best service of any waba grill I’ve been too. Eric is always super polite. And just appreciate the cleanliness in a fast food establishment.
I've been to this location quite a few times and I have never experienced a problem that wasn't fixable, they only messed up on one of my many orders, and I always verify my food before I leave. They made me another bowl, and even let me keep the one that had the mistake. I understand the food industry, and I am aware that no place is perfect, but this Waba Grill is a great place to go to. There store is quite clean and they have a "A" rating. I always look for those signs to see if they meet my standards. Employees are nice, and I have never had a problem with how the treat me or how I see them treat other consumers. Great Job. I will definitely keep coming to this location in the future.
The guy working at the front on 11/8/21 deserves a raise. His customer service beats chick fil a , no joke. Receipt says Eric H hope that’s the correct cashier! Food is good
This most definitely was the worst experience I've ever had with Waba Grill franchise. When I went into the store on Saturday I order the chicken bowl special with two chicken bowls for about ten bucks. I asked him if they could throw some kale on there because I love the cable they have for some reason. He explained to me that even though the pictures that were up on the board showed that their dishes contain kale, they discontinued it and just didn't give them updated pictures. This was fine. I then asked him to throw veggies on there if he could even if it was an additional price. And when he asked me for onions I asked him to put them on the side. When I got home about 40 minutes later because of traffic, I told them over the phone that they had messed up my order by not putting the vegetables and by putting the onions on the side. I was unable to speak to the manager because he was preoccupied which is totally fine as well, so I left my name and number and asked for the manager to call me at his earliest convenience. Today, Monday, I then called about these bowls since Sunday they were closed. I was following up because of manager never called me. The lady said if I have the receipt it should be no problem and they will reimburse me or give me the meals again correctly like I should have been in the first place. When I got there at about 3:10, the manager was already gone and the other lady was attempting to help me but absolutely did not. I don't know if it was because I looked a little bit grungy because I am just moving to that area and was all day cleaning the backyard as well as the house. I don't know why she told me this, but she went in the back to call the manager because apparently she has absolutely no power for anything that has to do with customer service refunds or exchanges, which totally doesn't make any sense. And she went in the back and for about 10 to 15 minutes was trying to get ahold of the manager and apparently that manager told her to make me pay for the exchange bowls and I can get 20% off. Which means I would be paying again for the same exact meals that were messed up in the first place that me and my husband could not eat :- this was ridiculous and I cannot believe this customer service floozy! I am extremely upset and currently waiting for someone to contact me because this is absolutely ridiculous. The way that she talked to me was saying... Yeah... No... We can't do that I mean we can give you like 20% off... Get out of here that is ridiculous! Nice try Waba Grill you're not going to hustle me
Food was good and no line. Two stars was due rude employee when asked for the code to the bathroom. She responded with a rude tone that it was on the bottom of my receipt. When I told her I threw my receipt away she loudly told me the code. When I was ordering she looked as if she wasn't happy by the look on her face. Here's a tip for your tip jar to the girl with the died blonde hair and heavy set. If you don't like your quit!
