I've been going to this location since it opened. I've always had a pleasant experience. The quality of the food is always great and I can say that we have ALWAYS received everything as ordered and complete. If the drive thru gets busy it's because people like this place and yes it takes a few minutes to cook food as ordered.

Just got food here and guess some people just have to be rude some times. It's Saturday about 4:45pm and received my food with a snobby attitude today. Not coming back here again .

I was greeted upon entry which was a nice surprise. Staff was very friendly. I had a decent sized order and I was in and out in under 5 mins. Food was delicious. Chicken was perfect especially with the waba sauce. Coworkers really loved the dumplings. If you need something that tastes great and don't have alot of time this spot is for you.

They give you exactly what you ask for, I asked to add the salad and no orange, and they provide it. My go-to Waba Grill! On Ramona Ave and Philadelphia. BUT not the Grand Ave and Pipeline location, I got very sick eating the lettuce.

Came through the drive-thru15 minutes till closing time and purchased a chicken mini bowl. They're fast and listened to my request and fulfilled it exactly. Thank you so much for a great experience. I will be returning customer for sure.

Visitng the area; Wasn't sure what to order and have a food allergy. Staff was helpful in getting the allergen menu and reviewing my options. Very well made and easy to read allergen menu btw. Ended up with the Spicy Chicken Bowl and really enjoyed it!Food: 5/5

I got a good deal 2 bowls for 15.00 with a good portion of chicken, staff was polite, and food was fresh. I always come back here for fast food. Thank you!Food: 4/5

Went through the drive-thru yesterday around 7:30 and got two bowls one tofu one chicken both were terrible choking the rice the vegetables something was horribly horrific wrong in the kitchen. We got the bottom of the pan. Not eating at this waba or any for a min. Way better fast food out there. Tasted fake unhealthy!!!
