good price! perfecional work! awesome customer service! had the glass replaced in the back of my mom's truck, they got the job done quickly with quality glass and it looks great. if any further work is need I am returning here and will recomend this shop to any family and friends.

I was headed to Waco when a unfortunate incident happen, a rock hit my windshield. Not talking about a chip! It was glass everywhere type of thing. We were out of our element and had no idea who to call. Lucky we found Waco Auto Glass. Customer service was amazing. When I called and told the office I was about 1 1/2 hours away. Her response was no problem drive right on in and we will get you as soon as you get here. Literally when we drove up they waved us into a bay and began working. This was a scary thing and turn into meeting some really nice people working hard for the public!

I had the worst attitude when I went in and make.tina gave me the best customer service she said she could tell I was so upset and told me to shake it off and that it'll be okay 🤞❤️good pricing !!!

Window glass was the original but did not clean out old sealing rubber that fell into car and damaged seats and did not put fasteners back in to secure the front would not recommend to others

Horrible service. The guy who did replacement of the windshield just wished to finish the job for 5 min. First need to be a 2 persons. 2 he tried to disconnect the wiper arm and did not use another wrench for support that causes the arm pop out. Then I disconnected another by myself. 3 when installed the new windshield was a gap between the rubber and frame of truck. I asked him why is this and he said that OK originally wasn't like this. Finally I have new windshield but leeks on the bottom left corner on first time of light rain. The wiper arm now is not fully functional and when will be snow I will have a huge problem. I asked for a discount but the office lady said is no. For conclusion the cheapest price for semi truck but will cost a new installation in Michigan where am living and hundreds for wipers repairs.
