We enjoyed working with David so much, and appreciated his patience and how he took the time to drive out of his way to meet with us, when needed. Dave is a Rock Star when it comes to Estate Planning except that he doesn't act like one when around normal people like you and I - David was very easy to work with on a fairly involved estate planning matter. He knows how to explain complex issues to ordinary taxpayers in a simple and easy to understand way--which can be quite challenging when you're discussing concepts like Probate, Family Partnerships and Trust & Estate Planning strategies. As a CPA who has been in Public Practice for more than 20 years in the Roseville-Sacramento area I found working with David to be refreshing as well as being very prompt and professional. I was particularly impressed with his attention to detail yet he did so in such a manner that everybody involved felt very comfortable working with him. He is a very experienced professional.

David Wade's council has been invaluable in guiding me, as the administrator of my father's estate, through complex litigation during probate proceedings. He has also provided the highest level of service in estate planning for my wife and I - family members we have referred him to would echo that sentiment. David has always been responsive, reasonable, and rational in our interactions.
