Waffle House

First off they got my food order wrong. He was mad rude when I brought it to his attention that my food was wrong. My grits were lumpy and cold the only thing that was hit was my sandwich which didn’t taste like a sausage. I will not be going back to this Waffle House again.

If giving Zero Stars or minus was an option I would choose. The staff does not CARE about customers. I have witnessed several personnel come and leave after waiting more than 15 to 20 minutes before a waiter or waitress even acknowledge them. I understand being busy however the lack of acknowledgment of customers does not provide a sense of appreciation or desire for this franchise that the customer is valued. Whoever owns this particular store should evaluate the culture that exist within this restaurant.

Everyone seemed to be on edge, this included the staff and the customers as a result I decided to place my order to go instead of dining in. We were greeted fairly quickly to place our to-go order but ppl who wanted to dine in were waiting and protesting about the lack of service rather loudly. Once our order was placed it took roughly 25 minutes to receive our order. Astonishingly, the food was not hot. We didn't complain though as we could see that the staff was not having the best day. There is plenty of parking and walk up windows for late night service which seemed convenient.

Food was phenomenal! Service was the same. Riah was awesome and took care of us very well. Only in town for a short time, for a cheer competition. But if you get the chance, and you like Waffle House, make sure to hit this one up.Food: 5/5

Very rude, terrible service. During business hours they had customers waiting to not only place orders but pay for their orders. When they finally took our order, while waiting they got 2 peoples orders wrong that where ahead of us & the lady had the audacity to be upset lock the window & cuss at people because she had to correct their orders & then suddenly decides she's not taking orders anymore without giving people a heads up about it & not fulfilling the remaining orders she already took & people paid for. She took people's money & did not give them their food, nor refunded their money. Absolutely deplorable! Never again! For the location & the type of clients that order here the level of service should not be this poor.

I'll never go 2 this location again! I couldn't even order! I was told 2 order on the app but my memory is full on my phone due to pictures of my decreased child and I'm unable 2 download anything! I couldn't understand why I couldn't order in person! This location is 10 minutes away from my home, so I ended up driving 20 minutes and going 2 the Washington rd location where I was able 2 purchase in person without being told 2 use a app! I wish I could give a -0! It's always something the few times I ate here anyway! Customer service not 4 customers anymore! Seems some people only show up 4 a check, not 2 actual work! Waste of gas, I could have went the other way 2 begin with!

Worst experience ever, when you walk in you can tell they were a little busy, so I waited about 10 mins, soon as I get to the register to place my order, I was asked to hold on. The server Rhonda left me to go assist another customer that walked in after me, so there I find myself waiting another 10 mins, another young lady came over to place my order, she proceeds to take it, then here go's Rhonda, I guess after Rhonda finished with her customer she interrupted the young lady taken my order to ask her to cash the other customer out, at this point I'm upset because not only I waited almost 25mins, to now be push aside to cash someone else out. So I walked out. I would never come here again, due to poor customer service. There was a guy on the grill trying to explain not sure if he was management, that they only had 2 servers and there moving as fast as they can, I get that, but to be left to tend someone else, and if he was the manager he could have jumped In to help out, it was 5 people working the grill, with 2 servers Thank you to the skinny slim guy with the hair young gentleman that made my meal the day before, he was awesome.

Worst service ever! On 11/13/22 my family & I went to this location. The servers were rude & they wouldn’t even seat us for over 20 min when there plenty available tables. No one wanted to clear the tables & then after we sat down, we couldn’t get a sever to take our order. Never experienced anything like this before at a Waffle House. Horrible staff!

It seemed like they did not want to assist. I walked in as a solo diner. Sat right at the bar stool. There were employees Keila, who was quite rude when I asked for a glass of water because I had been waiting for at least 5 minutes to be greeted chatting and congregating. When two ladies of another community sat down, Rhondi tended to them right away. When the young lady, whom I presumed to be a manager, asked Alyssa my server and one of the ones standing around chit chatting to assist, it was almost like she was asking the poor girl to perform a stunt the way her nose turned up. Now when I asked Keila for something to drink, her response “maam someone is coming” as if I was bothering her. Thankfully my food came out hot and correct. Which is why there is more than one star. Perception is everything. I will still dine, my experience today was the only time i felt this way. So I will give another shot. Hopefully they have better days. I do frequent this Waffle House often which is why I felt compelled to leave a review.

THESE EMPLOYEES CAN FIGHT! me and my family were on a road trip from Chicago and eating here late at night. This group of hoodlums came in being very standoffish and vulgar. Long story short a woman threw a glass at the wall of the kitchen area. a small brawl broke out. these employees literally defended me and my family. My husband had a plate of scatter smothered and covered hashbrowns thrown on him but that was the extent of the damage. I am so glad the male chef was working that night. May have saved all of our lives. #BLM Kid-friendliness: may have saved my childrens lives
