Waffle House

I came in to order some eggs with cheese and I seen the cook finish cooking my eggs and instead of cleaning it out in the sink and just used a dirty wash cloth off the counter and wiped it out and threw it back under the stove. I barely wanna eat my eggs but I been on that Hennessy and I gotta feed it Food: 1/5

The waitress Carrie was awesome the cook Ralph was horrible attitude also he was eating while cooking food my egg for my omlette was fluffy as a pancake burnt and greasy also sloppy. Carrie smiled through Ralph horrible service and gave the best customer service which made the situation easy to deal with.Food: 1/5

Definitely one of the worst waffle House's I've been too. The cook took my order, made my food and served me. He had to ask one of the server's to make my drink for me. He himself deserves 5 stars, but as for the rest of the workers a flat 2 stars.Food: 5/5

Keeta!!! Where are you!!! I’ve come to this location a couple of times but this is was a complete disappointment!!! The food was luke warm, the bacon came under cooked at first them came back burnt!! Go figure!! The toast was barely toasted!! The tea was the best part of the meal!!! Not my favorite location!!Food: 2/5

As the manager you do not belittle and talk to your staff rude in front of customers or period. She needs to change her attitude or fine another job and clearly this one is not suitable for her. The young gentleman that took my order was great. I pray the district manager does something about her. This is not the end to what I witnessed. Corporate will be hearing from me!!! That’s a fact.

I visited this location on June 20th 2024 around 8:20am. I placed a to-go order and sat at the high counter. About 7 mins after I ordered the cook who was a female asked if I had ordered and I said yes and then she asked if I could sit in the seat behind me….rude but ok. Then I watched her touch raw bacon and did not change her gloves and touch several different items including food that was already done. At that point I was disgusted and told the server I wanted a refund and left. That’s cross contamination and you can get someone very sick!!!

The food and service was excellent. The "Boss Lady" sure has a wonderful need and clean staff and store. Thank you.Food: 5/5

Can't remember who we had as a server, but she was awesome. A lot of orders came in over mine, but I let her finish her tasks until she had an open window to get what we needed. Thank you for great service :Food: 5/5

The cook is always on point and cool as a fan. Host was on his job as well. I love going to this one cause it's never crowded and they always get my order correctFood: 5/5

Stopped in for some lunchtime grub. The Staff were excellent and nice. The food was prepared quickly and most importantly, my order was prepared perfectly!!! I resident near Kershaw County but still in Richland County and this will be my go to Waffle House from now on. Can’t get any better than this for Waffle House fans!!!!Food: 5/5
