Food was cooked perfect and severed by an excellent waitress at 2am. Highly recommend if your the area

Lights are on and doors are open, but no one is there.that’s what I have seen at least 8 times.I would really recommend the waitresses wear gloves like the cook. No one wants their plate delivered with a thumb in their plate. It’s the way they carry the plates. Other than that, they are very nice and respectful.

Best Waffle House in Birmingham!!! The customer service tonight was awesome!! The cook and high counter waitress really made us feel good!! In a new age where good customer service is going of style, Waffle House on hwy 280 in Birmingham understood the assignment!!! Thank you, great team!!

Just moved to the area and they r pretty awesome! Always get my order correct! Which sometimes can be difficult. Plus it’s a perk to have people that are nice to you and make you feel welcome! Thanks WH! Will be back again and again! Kid-friendliness: Always sweet to my kiddos!

I’m giving it a 3 only because of the sweet girl who was serving us. I don’t know her name but the black lady who works at night and wears a beanie was EXTREMELY rude. Kept ignoring us and the when the sweet girl tried to call out our order she screamed “No” real loudly at her and being sassy to the customers. She responded with a small “ok” and I felt really bad for her. Other than that it was a pleasant experience. I just wish that girl was more respected in her area of work. And being a woman of color myself, that rude lady embarrassed me.

The lady we had was a true superhero very nice and had the place running like a machine by herself. I'm used to having multiple people at a wafflehouse, but she ran it by herself with great tenacity and a positive attitude.Food: 5/5

The GM should be fired. There was only one employee ben who was cooking and serving, and the GM was sitting in the back the whole time and didn’t even care to help the employee while there was 10 customers in the store. Ben did amazing though and he deserves every cent he got tipped. To the GM, what a shame you let your employee suffer like that.
