UNPROFESSIONAL. They don’t ever answer the phone! A worker here told me that corporate said that it’s okay for them to unplug the phone when they’re understaffed forcing everyone to either eat in or place the order once they get there and wait on it as if people don’t have anything else to do with their lives.
For christmax I enjoyed my day with my grand baby at the waffle house
5:15am I came in and she just literally let me sit there and ignored me for over 15 min then I just left. Didn’t even say hi or anything. Couldn’t of been anymore rude
Went to two Waffle Houses in the area. One said they weren't serving because the storm in the area made the roof leak and may have electrical issues from it. The other said they were doing takeout only.
The Waffle House on county line road in Jackson is great. It's always clean, and the service is always good.
I'm from Wisconsin and I'm in love with Waffle House. Service is amazing! Everyone is so friendly. Food came quickly and isn't expensive. I suggest waffles with peanut butter and chocolate chips. Biscuits and gravy is awesome too.
Friendly service and wonderful waffle house food.
My favorite is the pecan waffle. Waffle House does it like no one else!!!
