The food and service were great. But every seat was extremely cold. I set a thermometer on the table and it stayed between 58.4 and 58.6 degrees. It made my food cold in about 3 minutes.
At the moment you step in that restaurant team give you a good feeling. Very friendly waiters, it is a kind restaurant to hang out with buddies or with your date. delicious meals, skillful chef de cuisine, comfortable price and generous service. Highly recommended.
I have to admit it's been awhile since I've been to this particular Waffle House, but in the past I've always received great service.
The fact that they turned people away after their rush to "sanitize" and did not know when they will open back up late last night, helplessly overwhelmed the Gardendale location. The staff stated they always close down for various reasons and turn people people away routinely.
FANTASTIC SERVICE! A young man named Cody was my server and he was extremely professional, attentive, polite and sweet. I don't remember the last time I had such great service. And as usual, the food was perfect. I had the hash brown bowl with eggs, cheese and sausage on it and it was delicious, hot, and wonderful too.
Waffle house cooks usually pretty good. But this one doesn't seem to know how to cook a cheese omelet without burning it. Also too much oil
I can’t say if I’ve ever come to this one before but it felt as if I was a long time customer. Friendly staff. Great service. Shoutout to Autumn for excellent customer service.
We came on a very slow Tuesday night for a quick meal and the cashier was very very rude with us. Treated us as if he had an attitude and cleared his throat in our direction to let us know our food was done. Amazing food but not very good hospitality.
