Waipuna Sushi

Awesome sushi and platters! There are not many sushi places open late, and these prices are hard to beat! Very friendly and helpful staff, conveniently located in Manoa with parking right out front.

Food ain’t great and sushi taste fishy. On top of that customer service is a bit disappointing. Can’t communicate well almost no English and it kinda takes them time to answer the phone to put-in my order. Will skip this and go for another sushi place that can communicate better.

Sushi here tastes good, about on par with other takeout sushi places. Some of their items are slightly better. However, it is slightly more expensive than average here.

This place is a total rip off. 3 rolls for $40 for take away fast food sushi is ridiculous. On top of that they are very cheap with the tempura and soft shell crab rolls. It wasn’t even real soft shell crab. Both the tempura and soft shell crab is just deep fried batter.

Amazing food. Dynamite Maki is a most popular for a reason - it was just delicious.

Solid sushi option, best for takeout, allow at least 15 min. They'll drop a large portion of spicy ahi poke on just about any roll. Almost always good quality, a little inconsistent. The folks working here have always been super nice.

Love this sushi spot. Not many places can compare to the portion sizes they give of ahi fish

Nice variety of sushi. Quality was good especially liked the natto/avocado roll and spicy tuna. Portions were good size and price was average. Thank you I will go back again.

Came by here a couple times. Small family owned shop, just wish they were a tad quicker. Didn't expect to take almost 30 min for my order to get done. I know had people but having 1 person doing cashier and prep is kinda bad... Sushi was good though
