I received a gift certificate to Waking Life Wellness and never had acupuncture before. I decided to give it a try and had a great experience. Even though I wasn't going in for anything specific, I figured that I could always use more relaxation. Although I was a bit anxious about the needles, they quickly rested my muscles and I was asleep in minutes. Woke up an hour later and felt great. Would come back here again.
