Always changing rules and regulations. Rude employees who doesn't want to help with issues the employee creates. I use the WU service all the time and just today the old lady wanted to give me problems. The older man was very helpful and resolved the issue she created.

Cashed my work paychecks here for a few months and love the ladies behind the counter, always nice and friendlys. And was out of there working 2 min depending on if there is a wait. Would for sure recommend them.

So you have to make at least 12 a hour to even get a loan? What about the hard working people who make 10.50-11 a hour ? They don't deserve a loan? I think the requirements need to change. Loans should be optional for everyone. Sometimes the people who do make less need the most help! I find this place ridiculous
