adoption gone wrong

There were three Walgreen employees around the register while I was checking out today and they were the most complimentary group of women EVER!! I thanked them for the uplifting comments and they invited me to come back. I literally want to come back every day and feel that good. Thank you Walgreens ladies for the smile this morning.

Arrived on time for a COVID test, waited in the drive thru line for an hour, nobody inside answered the call button or my phone call. Unprofessional bordering on inhumane.

Horrible customer service. Poor attitude, poor knowledge, poor timeliness.

Wow. Online ordering and service was absolutely terrible. Their employees were untrained and rude. It’s only out of extreme necessity I’d go there for emergency supplies.

Had problems with staffs additudes at first. After getting to know them their cool.
