I stopped in here in need of some batteries. I asked the employees for help a few times but wasted a long time in a futile search. This was the worst experience I have had in a Walgreens. Eventually, an actual worker asked me if I still needed help. I said yes, so she tried, but after all that -Wasted time and still no batteries.
Jose is a great manager. Jose supports the Bridgeport community and builds to have a clean and well stocked store free from clutter. In addition, I would like to say that in this store you will never find expired products. -thank you Jose and team.
Always super busy and understaffed . The pharmacy? Would not Recommend to anyone they WILL leave you on hold for HOURS if you let them , the list could go on just do not use this pharmacy and don’t come to this location if you don’t plan on waiting in a line going all the way out the door.
I waited in the drive-thru for about an hour. I was first in line and could see customers inside getting their item’s from the pharmacists. They ignored me and others who lined up behind me as if we weren’t there waiting before it was time for them to close. Then they closed and hid from the window. They didn’t say a single word to me the entire time I was there. At least say something… Explain what’s going on. I got mad and took off. Very unprofessional.
Absolutely no variety of any product. 1 cashier at 7pm on a Monday with 15 people in line and 3 other Walgreens staff walking around. A manager came up to switch the cash drawers, completely ignored the line, and went into the back. Ridiculously expensive, dirty, and only stop in if you have 20 minutes to wait in line.
Please do not come here. The pharmacy is a joke. They lie to you. Each people who works there will give a different lie about why they can't give you your meds. Oh and that's if they are even open. They should just close the pharmacy and that whole walgreens as a hole. ITS A JOKE!!!!! DONT GO THERE!
This pharmacy is unreliable. How are you closed for multiple days and yet accept a prescription, don’t fill it but bill the insurance claim it’s ready for pick up and then have a note saying you’re closed til tomorrow? so now the customer can’t get it filled anywhere else until it’s cancelled first. Imagine needed your prescription because you just had surgery..
Went for my Covid vaccination and have to admit I was totally terrified because of my fear of needles and injections from when I was small. Mike, the person administering the shot, was amazingly compassionate and caring and did an fantastic job giving the injection. He said that it would only feel like a mosquito bite. He was exaggerating. It was even less painful than that. I am actually looking forward to going back for my second shot. He was awesome! Such a nice guy! If the rest of the store is like Mike, don't hesitate to give it a try!
Very bad service I was waiting for 15 min for someone from photo to attend me, an employee saw that I was there and I told her that if she could attend me and she tells me that she is coming now I see what has a good time and the brunette does not arrive. Well, I come back and find her, I saw her, I asked her again to attend to me and she told me in a very bad way that she had to let the front staff know that they would find someone to help me !!! For me it is not service to the client what this lady accrues me but the truth is that I had a very bad experience of this Walgreens
I had a very bad experience at the pharmacy department. Manager and staff are very unprofessional and Rude!!!. They need to be fired for being so disrespectful to the customers. I’m never going back!! I gave 1 star because I had no choice.
