We had Covid and flu shots from this pharmacy! Pharmacist Tigist was pleasant, professional and prompt. We experienced no pain and would highly recommend her. You must be proud to have her as an employee!!!
I called 6 times to confirm my medication over the course of three days. It needed to be transferred, but Ive always used Walgreens so I figured no problem. Not only was everyone rude and speaking in a tone like I was at fault for annoying them pretty sure it’s their job to fill and alert people about meds but on the 3rd call I was told an hour, 12 hours later I call and get told 20 minutes 4th call 5th call, I get told they won’t be available until the next day. Now it’s day 3 of trying to get my meds and I finally found out they are done. This entire time I was not sent a text alert even though 4 techs took down my number for the system. I was also told on the first call it should only take a hour, that was on day oneSome of these meds are ones I can’t go without, and the lack of respect for my time or needs was just incredibly clear. I’m sure there are nice people working here, but if you need your meds by a certain day like when they tell you they should be ready avoid this place like the plague.
We had tried 3 different Walgreens in 3 different states to no avail… the pharmacist here Tigrisd was so helpful and had our problem handled ASAP! GREAT JOB TIGISD!!!
Poor pharmacy practices and customer service. It’s absolutely ridiculous!
Avoid this Walgreens. The pharmacy is disorganized and rude. They put zero value on customers. I went to pickup a prescription for my son. When I checked in, the young lady confirmed they had the prescription and it was in stock. I was advised it would take 15 minutes. I knew they were busy, so I was ok if it took a little longer. After an hour waiting at the store, I asked another employee as to the status. After he looked into it, it was discovered that the previous employee only of my son's first name on the tracking board and then left for her lunch break. The staff didn't know what to do since the last name was missing, so they were going to wait for the employee to return. No one thought to ask customers that were waiting??? I also found out that the original one was out of stock and that had to use a substitute. Since there was no value on my family being longtime customers, I'm done. I didn't get an apology when I was there, and I don't need one now. Kroger will get my business going forward, and they have much better customer service.
Customer service is horrible for Chime customers; ask to do two transactions and the male with glasses and hair proceeds to tell me he can’t do my first transaction and I have to go to another Walgreens for the second transaction. I proceed to explain I come here all the time and first transaction is possible; first transaction completes but the truth is HE NEEDS approval to continue. As we wait about 3 minutes for manager, and gives me my receipt, he then calls me a female dog under his breath. Rude lazy and unprofessional.
Lady was busy doing something and told me to go ahead and unload Cart I asked which register, which she didn't reply. Still waiting she said,"told you to unload your cart", I replied "didn't know which register". She said "you don't listen". I decided I'd had enough with her and left. I won't go to that walgreens again!!!
The absolute worst Walgreens I’ve been too so far. The cashiers are horrible and feel entitled, the manager Wasim or however is mother named him act as if the store belongs to him and makes his own rules! After this review, I’ll be calling corporate because this is ridiculous.
Very horrible service. I was fine up until the manager denied my esa dog. She told me never to bring her back again which is against the law.... I hope your store gets a little better in a little more For thinking than they are now.. The a manager did not understand apparently what an ESA dog does... Everyone was fine with my dog in the place until I get up there. Then she put me into a position where I was very anxious and that's a part of my diagnosis... I don't want people to point out the fact that I have to have a service dog in order to go places thank you. Your store gets a thumbs down 100% I shouldn't even give you a star. Will be talking to my lawyers about this matter as well..
stepped on a nail and came to this Walgreens to get a T-Dap Shot. Tigist is beyond informative and helpful and ensured I was taken care of. She is phenomenal! Made sure I was in and out and well on with my day.
