I tried to give this pharmacy a chance but after several incidences of what I would consider wasted time, pure negligence, poor management, and disorganization this pharmacy deserves less than a 1 star. Writing this review whilst I watch the pharmacist and techs look through every single one of the prescription just to find mine.

The pharmacy is horrible! You have to hold extremely long to speak to someone. Right now I’ve been on hold for 20 mins and I’m still holding. And this happens every time I call no matter the time or day. And once you get someone on the line they are rude.

I stopped going to this store last year. Cashier was rude and given me a hard time at 8:30 am. I just wanted to purchase 1 item that I needed before work.

Very curtious and professional staff, helpful into finding an particular product that I've been looking for months. Awesome indeed ! ‍ .

Very bad, bad odor, bad management. Interestingly, I tried to return an item, the employee refused saying: you don't have a receipt. I told him I had bought it from this store in particular; no way. I asked him to call the manager, surprisingly, he said I am the manager. I am so sorry to find Walgreens appointed such very low IQ managers. In other branches of Walgreens in similar situations, they gave me "store card", as simple as that.

Young girl working at check out has no respect for senior citizens get rid of her don't know her name never has her name tag available

Okay as of this moment and it is saying that the store is busy; but there is only one cashier working. Suggestion, give a few people a job. Too many times I have come in this store and there is only one cashier and the line is back in the isles. Please do better. Yes, 19 S. Fayette Street; Baltimore, MD.

Cashiers are needed. This store has plenty customer traffic and needs help to show that Walgreens is making an effort to live up to what they are SUPPOSED to stand by as quality customer service.

The pharmacy never answer the phone. Not even for a Doctors office. Its extremely hard to check on PA's or even to just check the status of a script due to staff not responding and/or not answering the phone. would not recommend at all 1/10.

Went to buy tampons and they had the aisle blocked off and then they had a male security guard come and ask me what do I need. Then I said I wanted tampons and he asked what kind. I asked to speak to a manager and he said some bs like he can't let customers back there. I absolutely will not be back. You are not even allowed to browse the aisles without a security guard. A man at tha who is asking what type of tampons do u need so he can go pick them up. Horrible disgusting and demeaning .
