Walgreens

I’m thankful for this Walgreens. Conveniently located near my house with great hours.

No mystery here. Well run Walgreens a bit on the smaller side. Usually well stocked with a goor pharmacy and all the shampoos and toothpaste you could imagine.

This is for the pharmacy, as the store itself is fine... The pharmacists are top notch. Helpful, kind and responsive. I see complaints that stem from them being over tasked, but I've found them to excel despite that. It wouldn't kill Walgreens corporate to provide them more help, but I guess those profit margins need to keep the shareholders happy.

It's a big store. Go there for 'what you usually see in other Walgreens'- all sorts of health-care, makeups, gift crads, even toys, etc. It's a big pharmacy. But you could also get beverages including milk, and few instant food stuff. Staffs are very friendly. No waiting list!

Just called to see if they had a prescription in stock that I could have transferred and they without hesitation said no and I tried to say ok and they just hung up on me. They were just really rude to me for no reason.

Guy at the Fedex section has to be the most unhelpful, rude person. Asked a question to the cashier who’s equally unhelpful.

Literally no sale advertised on their shelves ever rings through at the register. So you either have to be a jerk and hold up the line or spend more money than you were expecting

Yesterday, we were able to get family COVID-19 and Flu shots here. The staff was great. Specifically, Phuc was extremely patient with my youngest daughter, who was...vocally/physically...resistant to getting her flu shot. In the end, she decided that getting to pick a new nail polish was worth getting the vaccine. Again, the staff was great, but overwhelmed. There was a multi-person line for the 1.25 hours we were there. Like all other businesses, they could increase staffing to improve customer experience.

Meh... I mean it's a big clean store with a lot of stuff & some of the employees are nice pharmacy staff usually nice but some employees, especially 2 in particular, are rude, grumpy & always act annoyed by questions. And I hope you don't need to return anything! You might as well be committing a misdemeanor! They ask you for ID, an address, so much information, and act very suspicious. Even with my receipt I had to leave and come back another day. Pharmacy staff are usually nice, but they're unwilling to carry a certain low dosage prescription I need, so I get everything filled there and then this one thing I have to go to a CVS it just seems really silly.

The store is great. Its employees deserve 5 stars for great customer service. The pharmacy is awful. There were 4 pharmacists behind the counter today and I was the only customer. I still had to wait a few minutes for one of them to finally saunter over to the window and take my info. She was not apologetic, quite the opposite. She might as well have been giving me the finger the whole time. That was her attitude: resentful for making her move 5 feet. The guy who gave me the shot was great, but I'm not going back. There are better pharmacies. This one does not deserve your patronage.
