The pharmacist there went way out of her way to fill a last-minute prescription right at closing time. I am so appreciative of her kindness.

They supposed to close at 10 pm and I was there three minutes before they close for pick up something and was a young man in front of the door and I asked if they closed already and he doesn’t answer and he go inside and close the door in my face. How rude was that! I know was few minutes before they close but he can say something and nobody close before they schedule.

This Walgreens has the rudest employees I've ever seen in any store especially in the pharmacy I had student in line behind a lady for 10 minutes waiting to ask the ear wax removal drops were on and finally I thought the lady was going to pay and move on and so the lady who worked in the pharmacy at Walgreens then started helping her combined cards with points or something but at that point I just nicely said excuse me but could you tell me where the earcare all is and I was told that there was nothing like that at that Walgreens and waved away I continue to look for the product I needed because I knew Walgreens carried it and as I came around the corner of the later the lady was actually laughing with her co-worker about how she treated me I don't know what it is about some people that have to put down or humiliate others to get a laugh but I'm glad I'm not one of those people

In and out in 5 minutes. Layout is almost identical in every Walgreens, and they are everywhere?

Wonderful staff. Pharmacy staff is excellent! All the employees are always a pleasure. The pharmacist goes above and beyond to help me. When one of the medications switched to a generic because the patent ran out, the pharmacist actually showed me my options AND ordered several different brands for me over the next few months just so I could find the brand that works best for me. They are just all nice!!!

Extremely SLOW waited over an hour past my appointment. They let people walk-in with an appointment hours after yours and allow them to go first just because they checked in line first and wanted to come in early. The one on Chastain is a lot faster. Will go there next time.

The service is terrific, but the pharmacy takes a long time to fill the prescriptions. The people are knowledgeable and friendly, but I think their computer system breaks down a good deal. The pharmacy is either understaffed or needs a better computer system. Either way, the employees at this location are worth the investment. I would recommend this store to friends and family.

Paid 70 bucks for few dollar store items. Very expensive.

Hi. I recently went to your store in need of over a hundred pictures printed overnight for my daughter's graduation party. I normally have my pictures printed at WalMart but they were closed - It was after 9 pm on a Saturday night. Your photo lab employee, Jack, was extremely helpful. I called and explained the situation to him. He told me to get there as soon as possible and said that he would personally help me. He did! We had difficulty downloading all the pictures from the thumb drive onto the computer so he suggested I go home and try online. I was having difficulties doing that even - not my day! - so I went back to the store. The store was closed by then but he opened the door and helped me nonetheless! Once he explained to me what I was doing wrong he suggested I go home and try again online. I did as he suggested and he called me back to let me know that the order was in. He made sure all the photos were printed and applied the discount code he had told me about at the store. He made sure the photos were ready for pick up first thing in the morning. My daughter's graduation party was a huge success that afternoon and everyone enjoyed looking at all the photos of her and her friends through the years. Jack went above and beyond to make sure those pictures were ready and in doing so saved the day and my sanity!. Jack is a very professional and polite young man - I wish every store I go to had a Jack! Thanks!

I stopped in early today, 8:48am. The pharmacy doesn't open till 9am. The pharmacist was there, but wouldn't answer a simple question about cough medicine. The response I got was "we open at 9" So much for customer care. I was feeling pretty sick. Boy, If my boss asked me a question or had a request a few minutes before "starting" time, I would not look good in his eyes!
