I personally love Walgreens the store. Just you got people being manager who should not be a manager. I had two today on the spot. Their names Jordan and Isaac and the store Christmas section is 80% on Lancaster and State Street, but this store has two Christmas section 70% and 80% off which is weird. I called customer service to see if that's even a legit thing they can have two separate prices for their Christmas stuff and the lady on the phone said no that they have to pick one and to talk to a manager, but the two managers I dealt with should not be managers and be running that place apparently the original managers on vacation I would not come conduct my business this way the way that it looks is improper and things aren't accordingly and when you ask them to adjust the price because it's 80% to 70% off they both refuse to do it because the price is ringing up only as 50% off and it's clearly a Christmas item, and they refuse to adjust it because they said that they have to go base on with the monitor on their pad says, but it's a mistake because it's not the full 80% office 70% off and it should have been acknowledged and changed. Makes me not want to go into Walgreens. Walgreens has been going down for a while at this location, and another on lancaster I hope it changes and the position is filled by someone who is actually competent of their jobs, and employees there too. Floors should look neat and prices should match.. Who ever is in charge of hiring should be fired. Clearly they don't choose wisely. Today is January 15th, 2023

I hate this place, the pharmacy is always lacking and they are always understaffed. It can take a whole day for them to get my prescription ready when other places it would be done within the hour. Waited on my prescription to be ready only for me to come and wait 10 minutes in the pharmacy line, thinking they closed 15 mins early and I'm honking trying to get their attention after that didn't work I go in to the front and see a sign saying pharmacy closed. I went off and told the front worker to put a sign at the pharmacy window and to do her job better. Tired of this being my pharmacist and switching asap.

I have been reading the reviews for this store which caused me to remember why I had such a Bitter Taste in my mouth when I thought about them! It has been a few years since I last used this pharmacy. I'm hoping that it will be better than what I remember! However, given the trend of the reviews, I will not hold my breath. I need a med which I could not afford at my usual pharmacy. Evidently, my provider's clinic has only one preferred pharmacy now - Walgreens. Thus in order to get the Rx at a price I could afford, I had to agree to have it filled here. I intend to go in to pick it up tomorrow. I truly hope that I will be treated with respect and in a timely manner. One review I read was written by someone who suffers from Panic/Anxiety Disorder. I cringed at the thought of being callously mistreated by a Health Care provider who absolutely should know better! [Not just those of us with a disorder, but EVERY customer - after all, without our business there would be no work to justify a paycheck!] **I will do my best to be mentally prepared, however I now remember more than one Meltdown I experienced due to the "Service" I received by pharmacy staff.! Not just counter staff, licensed Pharmacist too. Oh, one last thing - I awarded a 2nd star to allow for the POSSIBILITY of an improved encounter than I have had in the past. {I'll try to update this review when I get home.}

The worst Pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They delay my prescription every month even though they have notes that say don’t do that. I cannot have it until the day it runs out. I shouldn’t have to go 24 hours without my medication.

I came to this Walgreens store to seek consultation for pharmacist. When I got there the pharmacy was closed. Apparently they all leave for lunch. I was told by the store cashier who by the way was the only employee in the store that the pharmacy would reopen at 2:00pm.I decided to wait. The pharmacy employees showed up but everyone had to wait for the pharmacist because he was the only one with a key to the pharmacy. The pharmacist showed up late! Not only was he late, he was in a hostile mood. He displayed a lazy attitude and I could tell he didn't care.I will file a complaint with the corporate office.

Poor customer service. Mislabeled items and lack of care backed the line up and made it uncomfortable . The cashier was having a conversation with her friend on the phone and completely ignored customers. I've never had a poor worker at Walgreens but she was annoyingly rude to myself and others. Not helpful at all. Do not recommend this store.

They can't even put a sign up at drive up window. That it isn't just closed because of late lunch break....the damned pharmacy closed all day. After I called into the store....then shared info with 7 other cars in line back of me. Useless Walgreen location. On to better place from now on.

Sadly I have to agree with the majority here. The pharmacy is pretty unbelievable. Staff is nice and I’m sure doing their best BUT it’s unacceptable. We’ve used a Walgreens pharmacy for almost 20 years and never seen anything like this. We now drive from SE to West where we went for years and never had any issues. Sad. I’ll give “delivery” a try too, but may need to leave Walgreens altogether. Obviously the corporate level is to blame. Store is typically under stocked and gross. Not sure why someone can’t clean up the parking lot…trash everywhere.

Walgreens pharmacys keep closing earlier which is very inconvenient for people really needing their medication. Closed on the weekends too which is even worse.

The employees are helpful and friendly as always...the physical store, not so much. Rather disappointed that their main refrigerated and freezer units used for dairy, various food, frozen items and all cold drinks/bottled water are still not working. They've been down for several months at least and with no estimate for repair. I believe they have one or two small cold beverage displays for impulse buys at the registers. The last time i checked they were only half full and almost all were energy drinks or the practically daily, latest and greatest, 'what fresh hell is this?" flavored drink! What happened to all the good old fashioned water?
